Pros:

Nada, desde el ingreso la atención e la recepcionista fue terrible (parecen robots), no contestan lo que uno pregunta, no encontraba nuestra reserva, etc.

Cons:

Fuimos a este hotel, por el temazcal, pero la politica es, 1 persona y hasta 5 $ 850.00 , 2 personas solamente $ 7.000.

Cons:

Que por mi hija se me cobro una persona extra y debimos de dormir los tres en una cama cuando ahí en el hotel a última hora se me dijo que se hubiera podido que de a ver hecho la reservación por otro medio que no es eta página, hubiera sido posible que no me cobraran la persona extra, así como que se me hubiera dado habitación con dos camas. La verdad algo decepcionante.
Además el agua caliente no era constante.
Lo que significa que el costo no es proporcional a lo que ofrecen.
Deberían de pensar en reclasificar este hotel.

Un hotel que cobra 150 USD por noche y no tengas internet por mal funcionamiento es inaceptable. Y que tenga que ser el huésped que haga el reclamo por que ni siquiera el personal del hotel en el front desk se de cuenta es también inaceptable. Desayuno a las 8 am es algo tarde. Los hoteles tienden a tener desayuno al menos a partir de la 7. Cuando reserve con expedia lo hice para una habitación de 2 camas, cuando llego me dicen que solo hay habitaciones familiares y que no hay otra opción. Esto no es correcto. Juegan con la necesidad del cliente. Mas nunca vuelvo.
