Pros:

As always, very professional and friendly staff. This time they welcomed us with a welcome letter and wine, which positively surprised us. Fantastic breakfast, lots of new dishes, all freshly prepared. Large selection of salads, cheeses, fruit, meat, gluten free corner, etc. Something for everyone. Clean hotel. A romantic dinner at the pool with a beautiful view completes the whole story. Thank you Mercure team🩷

Pros:

Been here for the 3rd time over last 3 years. We selected this hotel as it meets all our requirements, especially breakfasts, cleanliness, friendly staff, great beds and aircondition. I would say the hotel keeps the level over time, although the prices go higher each year (more than other hotels around).

Cons:

This year we got a room w/o balcony and the view was on a construction. Even if the walls and windows are nicely isolating the sound, we were woken up at 7 each day (except Sunday) with some hammers and drills.

Отношение персонала , отличная работа отдела клиентов и отдела решепшин , пожелания выполнили сразу .

Cons:

Очень простой стандартный номер , не было никаких косметических средств , но персонал по просьбе принес тапки и халат . Не заказывайте номер без балкона , выходит на стройку .

We had 7 night stay and everything was great

Cons:

except all the offered special dietary restrictions were limited. In a four star hotel there should be options for vegans and gluten free persons. Not the same three options every day and nothing lactose free/vegan at the breakfast buffet table. But overall everything was wonderful

Good overall experience
Pros:

Really nice rooftop area with a pool and lovely staff working there. Good breakfast options with vegan options and an okay gym to work out in. Great location and they also allowed me to check out a bit later and use the pool until the evening

Cons:

My window was literally facing a wall so I couldn’t see anything outside which was quite disappointing despite booking this trip 3 months ago. So I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room because of this.

Sehr nettes Hotel in einer super Lage. Frühstück war sehr gut.
Pros:

Sehr nette Servicemitarbeiter.

Cons:

Da kann das Hotel nichts dafür aber die Baustelle die ab 7 Uhr losging nebenan war schon störend.

Привітний персонал. Привітна управляюча готелем, їй велике дякуєм. Щоденне прибирання досить гарне і не навʼязливе.

Вид з балкона на будівництво, замість очікуваного виду на місто.
