Questa la descrizione su Booking.com della camera prenotata con un mese di anticipo a 130 euro per una notte 2 persone: Camera Standard con letto queen size - Piano terra...................
Questa invece la definizione di piano terra: Una camera al piano terra (o pianterreno) è una stanza situata al livello del suolo o della strada, ovvero il piano più basso di un edificio che non sia interrato o seminterrato
Come invece visibile da foto allegate, la camera è situata in un seminterrato che è ben altra cosa dal piano terra.
L'aria condizionata nella nostra camera (la 101) fra l'altro non funzionava, (solo ventilazione ambiente) pertanto la notte è stata tutt'altro che riposante.
La mattina ho riportato il problema alla receptionist la quale ha chiaramente fatto finta di cadere dal mondo delle nuvole invitandomi ad un drink/caffè espresso gratuito per riparare al disguido quando invece troverei giusto venisse rimborsato parte dell'importo pagato.................
Altamente insufficienti i punti di appoggio in camera (armadi e mensole), tant'è vero che ad esempio i doppi cuscini sul letto + il piumone, abbiamo dovuto appoggiarli perterra sulla moquette, cosa alquanto antigenica visto che poi sicuramente il servizio in camera li riapoggerà sul letto senza nemmeno cambiare le federe.
Nessun minibar presente in camera, cosa che al giorno d'oggi si riscontra solamente in Hotel a 3 stelle di basso livello.

War sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, das personal war nett…

Das frühstück war etwas mangelnd, etwas zu wenig auswahl an wurst und käse… auch kein aufsteich wie zb Frischkäse oder so..

Nice and clean, good choice when traveling with car
Pros:

Nice and clean hotel with easy parking and quick access to the city center by taxi. Good breakfast!

Cons:

The room was missing a mini-bar/refrigerator to keep water or drinks cold. Also, it was very unusual that reception called us at 8:30 am and again at 9:00 am to ask if a technician could visit the room while we were at breakfast. Waking up guests at that hour for routine maintenance is definitely not standard practice, is it?

Cons:

Pedi para passarem melhor os ovos mexidos e foi recusado o meu pedido (necessidade especial), a lamentar. Pequeno almoço (internacional) algo limitado.
