Pros:

Ontbijt was geweldig. Personeel ook, vooral Gift was geweldig attent en heeft het een mooie vakantie ervaring voor ins gemaakt. Hygienisch en mooi interieur. Zwembad met uitzicht op strand is ook prachtig.

Cons:

Jammer geen lift naar pool deck, maar personrel help.
Ook maar 1 lift.

Hi, I was in a hotel on 29/5-3/6 in a room with a pool terrace. I paid a lot of money for this type of room but I did not get a room in a good and quiet area. I got a pool terrace room, a corner room, next to the entrance to the hotel dining room. All the guests in the morning stand right on the balcony of my room. It was an unpleasant experience. I was in room number 6112. I ask for your help in a partial refund of my stay at the hotel. My partner and I did not enjoy our stay in this room. We went to reception about this issue but were told that there were no other rooms available. We feel that we paid a lot of money for our vacation at your hotel and did not receive the value and quiet at your hotel. I would appreciate your help. Thank you very much
