Pros:

The location was amazing. Literally anything you want, any time is minutes walk.

Cons:

The roo was so small, and the bathroom had no fan. The room itself had no windows that can be opened for ventilation. Maybe that is a thing in Thailand.

היה לנו חדר יציאה לבריכה הבטיחו לנו חדרים באזור מסויים והביאו לנו את ההכי קרוב ללובי שזה אזור אחר וחסר פרטיות.
יום אחרי החליפו לנו וקיבלנו חדרים עם ריח של עובש.
היה לנו תולעת אלף רגליים על המיטה .
השקעים לא עובדים טוב רק אם מעמידים משהו עליו.
מהמקלחת יוצא ריח של ביוב וצריך להמתין כמה דקות עד שיש מים חמים .

الفندق بشكل عام جميل جدا و الخدمات فيه رائعة و وجبة الافطار الافضلفي بوكيت حسب تجربتي لكن الموقع رغم انه في شاطىء باتونغ الا انه ليس الافضل.

إقامة جيدة إجمالاً، لكن واجهنا تأخيراً غير مقبول عند تسجيل الدخول. فرغم انتظارنا للموعد الرسمي (3:00 عصراً)، طلبت منا موظفة الاستقبال بأسلوب غير احترافي الانتظار لفترة أطول بحجة أن الغرفة كبيرة وتحتاج للتجهيز. الموقف كان مرهقاً جداً بسبب تعب السفر ووجود أطفال صغار معنا، لحين تدخل المدير وتوفيره لغرفة مؤقتة لراحتنا. عدا هذا التصرف الفردي من الموظفة، لم تكن لدي أي ملاحظات سلبية أخرى على الفندق وباقي طاقم العمل.
