Pros:

Visited Chao Leh kitchen on 29 August 2026 for International Dinner Buffet. They serve a lot seafood in particular Salmon with different recipe.

Nice ambience and there is a live band, you get to enjoy the food and music at the same time.

The waiters and waitresses here are friendly and welcoming despite handling the busy crowd. One of the waitresses, Mone is expectionally excellent. She served and welcomed us with a friendly smile, shared the special menu too. Only one thing that need to be fixed which is the room temperature. It is a bit warm and I start to sweat after 30 minutes. The rest are just prefect.

Thai Welcome at its best!!
Pros:

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Patong, was perfect in every sense. Starting from the check-in, stay for almost 9 days, and the checkout. The hotel is centrally located with amenities within a range of 10-15 minutes walking. The staff members are so amazing and helpful. The staff of Chao Leh restaurant and Sears were friendly and attentive. Some of the names I can remember are: Golfy, Yoda, Eid, and Emily. Concierge staff, Bobby, and others always greeted with a smile. Front desk staff, Leo and Amy, were friendly and efficient in the checkout process. During my entire stay, I never met a staff that was not polite and helpful. Great people, great hotel! Highly recommended!
