Our 4th Stay – Still Absolutely Amazing!

This is our fourth time staying at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket, and once again, it never disappoints! This hotel is absolutely amazing, with caring and attentive staff, spacious rooms, an excellent breakfast, and a fantastic central location. Everything is always perfect, which is why we keep coming back!

A very special thank you to Ralph from the front desk, who deserves special recognition for his outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. He truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. His exceptional attitude makes the stay even more enjoyable and reflects the high standards of the hotel.

נחמד בטוח לא אחזור למלון
Pros:

ארוחת בוקר מצויינת ויחס מצויין של כל הצוות והמנקה

Cons:

ריח טחב בכל מקום אין אפשרות לפתוח חלון ולאוורר החדר, אבל הוחלף לנו חדר וסופק מטהר אוויר שנתן פתרון .

Not pleasant i will not stay in this hotel again

Alot of noises in my room when i asked to change my room it took too long then the loud sound was there as well
