שבחדר לא היה ניתן לפתוח את החלון, החדר היה עם עובש לא היה אפשר לנשום בו, תחושת מחנק, מפגע תברואתי, הצוות היה נחמד והחליף לחדר טוב מאוורר ונעים. אבל ישראלים עפים על המלון הזה וזה נחשב בין המלונות הטובים בפוקט. אל תיקחו חדר ללא מרפסת.

Wonderful dining place in Phuket

We had the pleasure of dining at the Chao Lay International Buffet, and from the very first moment we arrived, we were truly impressed. The team welcomed us with warm smiles, genuine friendliness, and exceptional hospitality throughout the evening. The beautiful live music created a wonderful atmosphere, perfectly complemented by the delicious variety of food on offer.

For anyone visiting Phuket, this is definitely a dining experience not to be missed. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation and compliments to the entire Chao Lay restaurant team for making our evening so memorable. Pros:

Food always amazing!!!! We love seafood especially frame grilled delicious. Live music make atmosphere really good. Staffs name Mone, PP, Marry and Bank,Thud, Fern really friendly and outstanding service. Chef Amp always friendly and recommended good food to us.

Everything was absolutely perfect (we stayed for 15 days)! Ocean is near (1 minute walk), but outside is quiet. We stayed with one-year-old child, so what was important for us:
- really clean! Everything room cleaning, almost everyday pool cleaning, clean tables at breakfast
- everyone is really helpful and smiling! No one ever made us feel uncomfortable because of the child. Moreover all the staff tried to help, played with child and were super friendly
- breakfast is delicious. We were able to eat by ourselves and feed the child without any trouble. Moreover our child learned so much new food and how to chew. Thank you for your care during breakfast
- playroom for the kids and teachers at playroom were absolutely nice and caring. We enjoyed every minute playing together during hot afternoons
- dinners at Sears&Co restaurants: tasty, delicious, yummy, healthy! Staff at the restaurant were also attentive and caring. My husband and I had to split during dinners, so one of us could stay in the room with sleeping child. Staff at the restaurant were ready to wait for us to change and absolutely understood our situation.

Extra thanks for resort managers for their care and attention. Several times a week they found us and asked if everything were alright and if we had any problems or concerns (spoiler: we didn’t!)

It was our second visit to the Four Points by Sheraton at Patong and we already miss you. Next time coming to Phuket we’ll absolutely come and stay again
