Nice clean base for a short stay
Pros:

It was clean, pleasant staff

Cons:

There was no outside space to relax, and the top floor pool bar area had no staff to serve drinks etc

Good stay overall
Pros:

Location is prime & away from the chaos of the harmandir sahab, breakfast was good but the desserts were poor, especially bakery items. expect much more from marriott
staff is very courteous, had a good experience with the reception as well as service staff during breakfast

Cons:

Property surrounding is only other houses, it's in the adjoining area to a residential area so now view as such, window curtains rollers were unoperational, room size is small for the price but not uncomfortably small.

A nice stay
Pros:

The location in close proximity to the Golden Temple and good eateries like Makhan Fish and Bira Di Chicken.

Cons:

In terms of feedback and improvement areas, we stayed in Room 802. The washbasin in Room 802 gets clogged up and the dirty water doesn’t recede fast. You might want to look into it so that you can stop inconveniencing future guests.

Very good value for the money, will stay again here if such opportunity comes.
Pros:

Big room for 3 x occupants!
Very friendly staff, everywhere, including the front desk, bell boy, and in the restaurant ;-)
Nice restaurant, enjoyed the dinner and breakfast (both buffet), which were part of the booking package ;-))
Drop and pickup to the railway station and golden temple were a pleasant surprise (realised it only while check-in!)

Cons:

Pick up from the railway station were not well informed while booking! This should be taken care properly for future users!

Had a lovely stay, Vishal was excellent, very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble

A wonderful stay in Amritsar
Pros:

It was a wonderful stay and location is perfect in the middle of the busy city!
Restaurant has a wide variety of tasty food ranging from north india to south indian food.
The staff was very cooperative and friendly!

Pros:

Absolutely most pleasant experience with whole establishment. Highlight is polite and helping staff. They are professional but cordial and happy.
