It’s ok for a short stay without any expectations
Pros:

It was a nice practical hotel

Cons:

The spa was filthy and dirty! No care attitude of the attendants. The shuttle to the Golden Temple was not punctual and messed up our itinerary!

A nice stay
Pros:

Checked in @Courtyard Mariott 15th June 2026 around 15 hrs for a one night stay after travel from Dalhousie by three of us. The check in was smooth with a cool refreshing welcome drink to beat the Amritsar heat. The room was quiet spacious with a sofa to accommodate a third person. There was some electrical fluctuations at the hotel which was irritable but the back up generator did it's job . The location of hotel is quite good and had a shopping place with items for guests for quick purchase. The stay was nice stay and pleasurable to come back to Marriot after quite some period of time!

Safe and best place for tourists. Thabks to courtyard team for making our stay comfortable.

Staff service, hotel location, cleanliness, food.

Cons:

Standby generator needs improvement and need more variety in salad dishes from kitchen, adding an air fragrance to lobby and rooms will add happiness to stay.

THE HOTEL ROOM WAS QUITE SPACIOUS FOR A FAMILY. WE TOOK 2 QUEEN BEDS WITH BIG SOFA. THE STAY WAS EXCELLENT

Cons:

THERE IS NOTHING TO DISLIKE EXCEPT THE SIZE OF THE PROPERTY IS SMALL AS COMPARED TO ITS FIVE STAR STATUS. HOWEVER YOUR STAY AND OVERALL COMFORT COVERS IT ALL. THIS WAS OUR SECOND TIME STAY IN THE PROPERTY AND WE REALLY ENJOYED IT.

Absolutely Beyond Beautiful Stay
Pros:

We had a beautiful stay at the hotel , very welcoming hotel front desk agents , super quick house keeping services , the best of of lot was the staff working at the breakfast time , especially Sukesh, Avneet , Akshay , Utsav . Loved your hospitality guys. Keeping doing the great job you are doing .
