Pros:

The location the view the staff and breakfast lady!

Cons:

Well when I made the booking it advised I’d have a couch bed to which was not available in my room just a couch with no pullout bed

We stayed two night and three days but they didn’t clean the on the second day. There was hidden fee not disclosed on the booking website after receipt was emailed

Llegamos a nuestro alojamiento y el cuarto no tenía aire acondicionado preguntamos y no lo resolvieron ni nos cambiaron de cuarto pasamos una mala noche hasta el día siguiente a las 3 pm nos dieron otro cuarto el cual al lado había mucho ruido de perros y el aire cuando arrancaba estaba haciendo mucho ruido en verdad no nos gustó esta situación.

The room was spacious. Fair price for the room.

Cons:

The bathrooms are outdated and there were spots that weren’t cleaned properly. The body wash bottle was broken. Dust in hidden spots. Mirrors had streaks, in the room and throughout the hotel. The pool was overfilled with dirty towels and there were no clean towels to use. Hidden fees, parking fee, all sorts of taxes. I didn’t appreciate that the total went up almost $50! The staff didn’t inform about check out time, pool times, and breakfast hours. They were distracted on their phone in front of customers.

Pros:

The location is a great spot, this is where will always be staying when we come to Corpus, awesome breakfast, clean rooms, awesome customer service! Victoria was the one who checked me and my family in and she helped me alot when I couldn't find my confirmation number. Very friendly, always smiling and very helpful! Thanks so much Victoria!

Our reunion was very enjoyable and the hotel accommodations were very comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was very satisfying. Ava from front desk was helpful. Also the staff that maintained the roomd.

Pros:

The room was more than I could have ever expected. Studio with a king and a kitchen. It felt like vacation even though I live in Corpus Christi. LOVED IT.
