The room was more than I could have ever expected. Studio with a king and a kitchen. It felt like vacation even though I live in Corpus Christi. LOVED IT.
We booked a one-night stay in Corpus Christi while visiting a family member at the children’s hospital.
Upon arrival, the front desk agent informed us that our reservation had been canceled. I explained that this was impossible, as we had been at the hospital all day. She turned the screen toward us to show the cancellation but offered no real explanation or assistance. Instead, while we were visibly upset, she told us to “call customer service.”
When we contacted customer service, we were told that the hotel itself had submitted the cancellation request at 5:57 PM. The representative advised us to speak directly with the hotel manager for clarification. However, it has now been over five days, and we have been unable to reach the manager despite multiple attempts.
What is most disappointing is not just the inconvenience, but the lack of transparency and accountability. An honest explanation would have gone a long way, rather than implying that we were responsible for the cancellation.
As Marriott Bonvoy members, we expected a higher level of service. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and we will not be staying at this property again. I encourage future guests to double check their reservations before arrival to avoid a similar situation.
I really liked the location and staff.
The bathroom was dirty and shower drained VERY slow. Almost flooded the bathroom. Room 506.
The breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Room was spacious.
We paid for extra space because we have three children. We were supposed to get a sleeper sofa in our room, but the room just had a regular sofa and the cushions were leather and they kept falling off of the tiny little sofa. It was very uncomfortable and my son did not get a great night. Sleep on this tiny sofa
This is our family’s third stay and we enjoy the location for our kids, the breakfast, and the view facing the bay.
Our televisions did not meet expectations. The one in the double queen suite was messed up. The screen was very black around the edges and not very viewable and the one where the sofa bed was at the internet connection was not working.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience during my stay at [Hotel Name], which was quite disappointing and fell far below my expectations.
Upon entering my room, I was appalled to find it in a filthy condition. The carpet was dirty, and there were blood stains on the blankets and sheets. This lack of cleanliness is unacceptable and made me feel extremely uncomfortable throughout my stay.
I had also been looking forward to enjoying the pool, but upon inspection, I found it to be very dirty. I was genuinely concerned about the possibility of catching a bacterial infection, which deterred me from using the facilities altogether.
I believe that cleanliness and hygiene are paramount in the hospitality industry, and I hope that you will address these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Nothing really
The staff didn’t know what they were doing will never stay here again. Over $0.86 difference they almost lost me my room.
Room provided to “BOOKING.COM” customer was next to HVAC central shaft compressor noise 20 hours. Property would NOT change room.

The room was humid and hard to keep cool. AC didn't seem to work well
Breakfast was good, room was cozy other then things not working.
Microwave did not work tried different outlet as well. Called front desk to bring us a tv remote because the one in the room did not work and still never got the remote. Yall charged me for 27 dollars it looks like at the very end after I already paid the full amount. Sink does not have hot water to wash anything.
