Important information:

Prevention measures and operating procedures for the spa and wellness center:
Working hours are from 10 am to 10 pm, and spa facilities can be used in the following time slots:
10:00 – 12:00
12:30 – 14:30
15:00 – 17:00
17:30 – 19:30
20:00 – 22:00 - adults and children aged 12 and over only.
* During the break between appointments, the entire area is ventilated and disinfected in accordance with the recommended measures and methods for preventing the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19).
The maximum number of spa and wellness center users per time slot is 60.
Due to the changed working hours, guests are recommended to make their appointments in advance.
Other prevention measures relating to the use of facilities and rules of conduct can be found on the spa & wellness center page of hotel website. All the rules are clearly stated in the spa and wellness center, and hotel's staff control their implementation.
* The open pool is open from 15:00 to 22:00.

Заслужава си хубавата природа.
Pros:

Добро разположение.

Cons:

Нямаше тоалетни принадлежности . Не бяха заредили с халати и пантофи за спа центъра и трябваше да ги гоня по коридорите. Въпреки, че беше обявено, относно плащането, че може да се заплати на място в брой, от хотела не спряха да ми изпращат съобщения да заплатя по банков път, при което цената скочи с 20€ заради превалутирането .

Dobar hotel ako ne uzimate spa centar/bazen
Pros:

Hotel se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, blizu svih sadržaja. Osoblje je prijatno, sobe su čiste, hrana je ukusna i ima sasvim dovoljno izbora.

Cons:

Negativan utisak nam je ostavio spa centar i sistem izlaska na svaka dva sata i pauze od 30 minuta. Sistem je takav da zahteva da se unaped rezerviše termin od dva sata korištenja spa centra/bazena, nakon čega morate napustiti spa/bazen. To bi bilo sasvim u redu ako ćete zapravo i dobiti ležaljke na kojima ćete ležati napolju pored bazena (letnji period). Međutim, tolika je gužva da već 5 minuta nakon započetog termina nemate slobodnih ležaljki napolju već samo unutra, pored zatvorenog bazena. Primetili smo da veliki broj ljudi nakon završetka termina ipak ne izlazi van spa centra/bazena, već i dalje ostaje na ležaljkama, što stvori gužvu u sljedećem terminu. Jedini način da ostanete na bazenu dok ima sunca su baldahine koje se dodatno plaćaju (2500 dinara za svaki termin posebno) što se čini malo nepravednim jer nemate drugu opciju osim da platite ili stojite pored bazena.
