Prevention measures and operating procedures for the spa and wellness center:
Working hours are from 10 am to 10 pm, and spa facilities can be used in the following time slots:
10:00 – 12:00
12:30 – 14:30
15:00 – 17:00
17:30 – 19:30
20:00 – 22:00 - adults and children aged 12 and over only.
* During the break between appointments, the entire area is ventilated and disinfected in accordance with the recommended measures and methods for preventing the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19).
The maximum number of spa and wellness center users per time slot is 60.
Due to the changed working hours, guests are recommended to make their appointments in advance.
Other prevention measures relating to the use of facilities and rules of conduct can be found on the spa & wellness center page of hotel website. All the rules are clearly stated in the spa and wellness center, and hotel's staff control their implementation.
* The open pool is open from 15:00 to 22:00.

In spa jacuzzi var fullt med barn,siden spa ikke ha basseng for barn.
Tapikarijum var alltid opptatt med håndklær,men ingen menneske å se.vi nevnte det til resepsjonen at folk putter håndklær og ikke bruker de bankene,dessverre ingen reaksjon.
Vi ankom hotellet i bursdag min,fikk ikke en liten stykk kake engang,ikke engang et kort I rommet med gratulerer med dagen.nix

Great room, spa and facilities.
Wellness & spa usage was cut up into 2hr slots, having to leave the pool for cleaning every 2 hours was a little tiresome. But not a big deal
Great location, amazing food, kind stuff…
The mattresses on the beds are too soft.
The maids do not clean the room as they should every day (they don't make the bed properly, they don't put the required number of towels...).
Very often there is no waiter at the pool.

Food and staff was great
For me it’s not normal that you need to pay them for parking if you are guest of hotel,it’s not cheap hotel,if they classify as 5 star hotel,they need to provide free parking spaces for guests.
The garage needs to be paid for the guests of the hotel
