Prevention measures and operating procedures for the spa and wellness center:
Working hours are from 10 am to 10 pm, and spa facilities can be used in the following time slots:
10:00 – 12:00
12:30 – 14:30
15:00 – 17:00
17:30 – 19:30
20:00 – 22:00 - adults and children aged 12 and over only.
* During the break between appointments, the entire area is ventilated and disinfected in accordance with the recommended measures and methods for preventing the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19).
The maximum number of spa and wellness center users per time slot is 60.
Due to the changed working hours, guests are recommended to make their appointments in advance.
Other prevention measures relating to the use of facilities and rules of conduct can be found on the spa & wellness center page of hotel website. All the rules are clearly stated in the spa and wellness center, and hotel's staff control their implementation.
* The open pool is open from 15:00 to 22:00.

Great location and a fantastic spa, especially after 8 p.m., when it’s quiet and there are no children around. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfasts are excellent.
The internet was absolutely terrible. The hotel has conference rooms and advertises itself as a conference venue, but I have no idea how that would work with such a poor connection. Nothing would load, and there was packet loss. We came to work remotely while escaping the heat in Belgrade, but ended up having to buy mobile data packages ourselves. An IT technician came to investigate, but he didn’t seem to know what he was doing.
The coffee machines in the dining room are extremely slow and only fill about a third of a cup. The staff are aware of this but do nothing about it. The coffee itself is very poor quality. Eventually, one of the two machines broke down, leaving just one working.
Decent coffee costs extra - €4 or €5 a cup, which is very expensive.
There sometimes weren’t enough protein options at dinner.
Exceptional food, very gentle stuff, it was very clean and cozy. Excellent spa with many different activities.

Izvinjavam se ako ima gramatičkih grešaka, tek sam počeo da učim jezik. Moj boravak u hotelu je bio divan, hrana je bila odlična, doručak i večera (hvala kuvarima), spa centar ima sve što vam je potrebno. Svi u hotelu su ljubazni i prijatni, sobarice i osoblje na recepciji. Hvala svima na mom divnom odmoru!
