The place was clean. The room was a nice size.
This doesn't seem to be a traditional hotel. It's more like transitional housing.
I felt like I was in an apartment. Ppl yelling, making noise, slamming doors nearly all night, they must sleep all day because night time was active.
If you're staying an extended period of time, be aware there are no utensils, plates or pans. But they do have a small cooking area and refrigerator.
They don't serve breakfast, but have breakfast sandwiches and burritos for $7.
There is a laundry room.
The "hotel" is across the parking lot from the mall. Close to restaurants and stores.
Staff: No greetings. No good morning. No acknowledgement whatsoever. They will avoid you. I find it odd not to acknowledge a guest.
Finding anyone at the front desk was rare.
No breakfast service.
Housekeeping is every 4 days. If you need more towels you have to take the dirty ones down yourself and exchange for new. Why does the room cost so much if I'm doing the work?
They need more disability parking up front.
The noise, slamming doors, yelling, talking loud, I was awakened throughout both nights from this. This was the worst part of the stay.
My first room had a VERY strong cleaning chemical smell! Went to the front desk to notify and Ashley gave me an air purifier. Had that going with the window open and waited 20 minutes and did nothing. Went back and Ashley went above and beyond to get me out of that room and she walked me through 2 rooms before getting me into a much better room! Thank you so much Ashely. AWESOME!’
Near the mall, free parking, kitchen in the room
No pool or breakfast. We were placed on the 1st floor for 2 rooms and both room smell like wet dog. We did not even have a pet. One of the room the kitchen floor was very slippery, and there was still dog food kibbles on the floor.
I ask to be change to the floor with no pet allow which was honor and the room was good & smell way much better. I feel it is just common sense to put guests on the correct floor and room when they are not traveling with pets to save the time and hassle. Beside that the hotel is more like a Super 8 or motel. Not worth the amount of $600 for our stay.

while we didn't stay longer term, the fact they have a mini kitchen with hot plate but no dishes, utensils, or cookware was a little baffling.
