Breakfast was ok. Would have been better if there were some reduced sugar / fat items eg muesli, low fat yogurt, semi skimmed milk

Shower was great. Size of room was substantial. Room was clean.
The smell of cannabis that was on the 3rd landing. The noise by people around my room which was 310. I did complain in the morning. Worried about getting screened at work it was that strong.

The family/triple room wasn't suitable for a 2 year old to sleep in the bunk bed, too high

Bed was comfortable and fully adjustable which was a bonus surprise. Air conditioning was really good. We did end up in an accessible room rather than the room with a view it stated on our booking, unless of course the view was supposed to be of the bins. TV was good
Bar shut before we returned although was supposed to stay open till midnight. Our intention was to have a wee nightcap. No mention of this on arrival although was a staffing issue. Decided to use the vending machine instead only to be told there was not one as it was away to be fixed. Again this was not notified. There is no kettle or drinks facilities in the room so it was lucky there was a wee shop open nearby although is not an offlicence

Location very good for our purpose. Breakfast also very good with plenty of choice. Reception staff always helpful and cheerful.
(1) Fridge not working, although staff helpfully arranged for wife’s medication to be refrigerated as it had to be kept cool. (2) Shower door did not shut properly allowing water to leak onto floor. (3) Lack of privacy into wash area as no door provided

We both felt we rolled towards the middle of the bed. I think this bed had been mainly single people sleeping on it, and in the middle hence why we felt as if we were rolling to the middle. No tea or coffee trays , don’t even know if there was breakfast available.
