De modo geral gostei de tudo. Muito bem localizado, limpo, cama muito confortável. Ótimo blackouts.
O horário do pequeno almoço. Muito restritivo. Os funcionários fizeram questão de solicitar nos dois dias que não era permitido ir ao restaurante. Na primeira vez ainda veio um pequeno almoço mais ou menos, mas na segunda vez era só bolachas, iogurte e fruta.
The air conditioning was working! I often find that it doesn't and the room gets too hot and stuffy, but the room got cool enough to sleep comfortably.
I asked for an alarm call as I had a very early departure. This was agreed but wasn't delivered. Fortunately I woke in time, but for anyone relying on them, this could have been disastrous. I mentioned the missed alarm call at the front desk when I checked out, but they seemed unconcerned about their omission with little interest in customer service (feet up on the desk) and blamed the day staff for giving them the wrong room number. They said they had phoned another room, so they woke someone else. The day staff had said that they would knock at the door instead of phoning. The alarm call service is a great thing to offer but this system is not working and night desk staff could benefit from customer service training.
Limpio, silencioso, ubicación perfecta para cualquiera de las estaciones tanto de tren, metro y autobús.
La habitación pequeña pero muy cómoda. Una ducha amplia y el wc separado. Con aire acondicionado, nevera y TV grande. No me importaría volver alojarme allí.

La ubicación es perfecta. Justo al lado de la estación central de Glasgow.
El Hotel está nuevo. Se ve moderno y las habitaciones son muy cómodas aunque un pelín pequeñas.
El centro de Glasgow está patas arriba por las obras por lo que le quita el encanto a la ciudad.
Clean, convenient location. Bed was super comfy.
No Tea & Coffee facilities was a pain.

Posizione comoda, struttura pulita e con ottimi servizi.
Al contrario del primo soggiorno in cui avevamo una stanza ampia, questa volta la camera queen e la tripla erano veramente piccole. Vanno bene per una notte se si è di passaggio, difficile pensare di starci più giorni. Non era segnalato che il terzo letto a castello era per max 100kg, per noi non è stato un problema ma sarebbe da far notare in fase di prenotazione

Aunque está en el centro, la zona es muy desagradable.
Avendo soggiornato nella stanza grande, la stanza era molto spaziosa, letti comodi e molto confortevole.
Per come sono strutturati i bagni lasciano poca privacy.
