There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room and couldn't swing a cat in the room for a queen riim

Room was nice location was good and what was available in the room from iron hairdryer and safe
Be asked on what time you would be arriving to find out that we had to wait until 3pm . Also we got two keys but only one worked . The toilet wasn't checked before as there was a empty toilet paper and last the electric bed was up and when we went to bed it made a load noise

Location was very good. However it was difficult to locate as the sign was too small and confusing. I liked my room was quiet even thought it was in the city center. Room was spacious but that was due to fact I was given the different one that ordered.
1. There was no toiletries provided
2. I was given different room without any questions
3. there was no bottled water provided in the room
4. Hairdryer wasn't working
5. there was no safe wifi
The staff was polite when unsure on facilities and near by shops

Quiet at night
The air conditioning was a much appreciated bonus, and the blackout blinds were very helpful as I'm a light sleeper. The amenities were excellent and the hotel was very conveniently situated.
I would consider staying again.
The room was rather small, and lacked an overhead light in the ceiling above the bed.
Lighting in the wash area, the large windows, and the lamps helped served to compensate, though.
Not a dealbreaker personally, but guests with mobility issues would struggle.
Proximity to train station. Option of leaving luggage at reception. Option of not having to clean your room.. hairdryer, iron and ironing board, complimentary shower and basin products.
