Clean comfortable well serviced and the disco lift was sensational.The city centre location was excellent for my requirements and buzzing night life on the doorstep was not noticeable from the room
Rooms obviously designed by a man lack of plug points near mirrors for womans needs, bed was too high for tiny legs to reach, no footsteps available. Lack of privacy in the room
Breakfast was good
The bed we were in 110 every time one of us turned over or got out of bed it was very squeaky hence we did not have a good sleep.

La posizione è senza dubbio imbattibile: in centro, vicino alle attrazioni principali, a due passi dalla stazione centrale e da quella di Queen Street (treni da/per Edimburgo) mentre i bus da/per l'aeroporto di Glasgow sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi.
La camera, doppia ad uso singola, molto spaziosa e confortevole. Altrettanto interessante la possibilità di trasformare il divano in letto e viceversa.
Il buffet della colazione viene servito al settimo piano e prevede un buffet con prodotti soprattutto salati compresa poi la classica "scottish breakfast" con l'haggis.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, ci tornerei trovando un'offerta simile.
Il self check-in è sicuramente comodo ed abbastanza rapido ma, allo stesso tempo, rende l'esperienza in hotel abbastanza impersonale dato che il contatto con la reception viene ridotto.
Il bagno è letteralmente in camera, nel senso che non ci sono pareti divisorie. Essendo da solo non ho avuto ovviamente alcun problema, in coppia forse potrebbe creare un po' di disagio.

Lovely modern, well equipped room with a huge tv, excellent bathroom, very nice comfortable bed and all spotlessly clean.
The one huge drawback that will mean that I wouldn't choose this hotel again was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which is a great shame because in all other aspects this was a great hotel.
