It was a very relaxing stay with kind and polite staff.

The property was clean. Continental breakfast excellent . Staff very kind to all 3 of us for different reasons. George printed me up a sheet of the tv stations

It was barely acceptable.
Pros:

Its location was fantastic

Cons:

The rooms were gross! Straight up gross. The locked in balcony felt unsafe. It was so dingy looked like it had been partied in for years and never cleaned.

Cons:

The lack of enforcement of the noise rule. Kids ran up and down the hallway early morning, all day and through the evening. They created a ruckus in the lobby and no one reigned in the kids.

Pros:

Property was nice and clean. The staff was great especially Katelyn.

Cons:

It was mostly my fault I should have let them know that I had a dog allergy when I booked but the front desk eventually got worked out. I just think they should reserve some units for no pets for guest such as myself because the deep cleaning didn’t work for me.

Safe, Comfortable, and Reliable!
Pros:

We had booked an Airbnb for the weekend, but got screwed over by the Host. We had stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Rehoboth two years ago, so we looked them up to see if they had any rooms left at 10:00 PM, and thankfully we were able to quickly book and get into a comfortable, familiar, and safe place quickly. We have agreed any trip back to Rehoboth in the future will always be staying at this hotel!

Cons:

The overhead light in the bathroom was very very dim, but the lighted mirror provided more than enough lighting!
