The location was right by the duomo
The lighting hurt my eyes. It was dark, it had no charm. It was supposed to be cute and kitschy but it wasn’t. They didn’t replace the dirty towels and most of the staff seemed unhappy. Also we took the breakfast package not knowing that it was in a restaurant not run by the hotel. They acted as if they were doing you a favor by feeding you. There was a very limited selection of what was included and they charge 8 euros for a refill on coffee.
Superbe hôtel et personnel très sympathique. Les chambres sont adorables (nous avions une chambre chamallow), le lit très confortable et les produits pour le corps sentent tellement bon ! L'hôtel est très propre et le petit-déjeuner excellent et complet. Le rooftop est très agréable. Il y a un parking payant à proximité qui propose des forfaits journaliers à 30€ max et c'est très pratique. L'hôtel est hyper central avec une bouche de métro et le tram juste en bas !
La connexion wifi dans les chambres n'est pas top, ce serait le seul reproche que j'aurais à faire sinon tout était parfait !
We were very disappointed with our stay at the ODSweet hotel. We were there from 5/22-5/24. We knew it would be kitschy but I found it very dark and lacking any charm. The hotel is located by the duomo, but as a result the block was very congested. It also felt like the hotel was an afterthought as a way of promoting the candy store on the ground floor. We booked a suite to have room but it was not comfortable or a relaxing. The hotel didn’t replace the towels and they only left us one towel for 2 people. They did send someone up with towels but he seemed really miserable. We chose the breakfast included package. The restaurant has different management than the hotel and the restaurant acted like they were doing you a favor. The breakfast was good but very limited. They also charged 8 euros for a refill of coffee. The bell men were very nice and helpful. The room did have a refrigerator with some water and q couple of sodas in it. All in all I would not recommend this place.

Kahvaltı çok zayıf öyle her istediğinizi yiyemiyorsunuz yerseniz ekstra ücret alıyorlar. Bi gün en basit kahvaltı menüsünü seçebilirsiniz dediler diğer gün başka bi şeyi seçebilirsiniz dediler biraz canları nasıl isterlerse öyle takılıyorlar. Oda çok ufak oda da nerdeye dolap yok diyebilirim.
