Emplacement parfait, personnel aussi.
Pros:

Personnel très aimable, emplacement exceptionnel, chambre très stylée et bien équipée. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

Cons:

Vaste choix de cafés et thés pour le petit déjeuner, mais aucune possibilité d'avoir du chocolat chaud.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location but a slightly disappointing breakfast.
Pros:

In an excellent location very close to the Piazza Duomo and the Galleria.
Bedrooms are really funky, beautifully furnished and decorated, and a good size, with everything you could want - lots of toiletries, a huge bed, the best quality towels and bathrobe, and nice to have a selection of soft drinks and water in the mini bar.

Cons:

I thought the breakfast was disappointing for the cost. It wasn’t self service and the choice was very limited and monotonous. Only one small coffee was included and if you wanted a second one you had to pay extra! The granola and yoghurt was topped with only 3 berries, a minimal amount of fruit. The pictures on the website show the upscale breakfast so give the impression there is more variety than there actually is.
Also the hotel description said each room included a “sweet table” and shows pictures of these. All myself and my friend received was a single marshmallow lollipop on day 1 of our stay, nothing for the other 3 days.

Over all is very good hotel, good food, welcome staff, location is good, but there is small catch at the location.

Ottima posizione, camera molto bella con i tempi ODSweet

Cons:

Reception troppo piccola, ascensori piccoli senza aria e lentissimi a causa del duplice uso con il Rooftop per gli esterni.
Purtroppo odore ricorrente nei corridoi ed in camera all'arriva di fognatura

Pros:

Um quarto simplesmente maravilhoso em cada detalhe, com uma decoração encantadora e muito bem equipado. Funcionários atenciosos e eficientes, ótimos amenities e um rooftop com excelente atendimento e uma vista deslumbrante.
