Restful time spent
Pros:

It’s a beautiful hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would stay again!

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location.
Pros:

An absolutely breathtaking sunset on the rooftop with stunning views. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed in the room. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Loved the view & balcony

Cons:

Needed more housekeeping…We had to seek housekeeping to take out our trash after the 3rd night. Wish they would have come by more often. Also missed sheets & towels, called for them in the lobby & they never came up with them.

The staff was amazing and the price was right
Pros:

The location, staff, and accommodations were perfect

Cons:

Very much stained mattress on pull out sofa which makes me think what does it look like under the bed sheets. I didn’t want to look.

Great spot amazing sunset/gulf views and would definitely stay again just maybe not for a week.
Pros:

The location and the food were very good . View of gulf and sunsets was amazing

Cons:

Kids up in the pool for hours on end. Pool was cloudy and filter was never running and the jets didn’t work in hot tub . Also another place kids played 🙄.

Fun beach stay with a Cool bar next door!

Great Stay, Great Staff, Great Location.
Pros:

Loved everything. Staff was spectacular, although I'm not sure who actually worked for the hotel or who was contracted out. Check in was a breeze. The two people that were wonderful. Valet staff was amazing.

Cons:

Always having to take ID and Wallet. No room service, Pool bar/resturaunt, lobby resturant...nothing was hotel run. So no room charging. Dont like taking my wallet to all faciities.
