We had a really lovely stay at Cambria in Madeira Beach. What made it even better was the kindness of the staff, especially the receptionist who helped us both at check-in and check-out. We arrived at 11:30 a.m., well before the 3 p.m. check-in time, as we had just left a nearby apartment and were carrying food in cool bags. She was incredibly kind and let us into our room early, which we really appreciated! 🩷
She was just as lovely when we checked out. She offered to keep our food in the staff area and told us we could stay by the pool for the rest of the day and leave our car in the parking lot. Such a thoughtful gesture!
The hotel was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room temperature was perfect for sleeping — no freezing AC at night, which is always a win in Florida 😂. The pool was also lovely and peaceful, with a really relaxed atmosphere.
Overall, a really pleasant stay, made even better by such lovely people. We would definitely come back! 🩷
We weren’t thrilled about having to pay extra for parking, but as overnight parking around the hotel was not really an option, we decided it was worth it. The valet staff were also incredibly attentive and friendly; every time we needed the car, they brought it around with a smile.
Everything, the view the rooftop, the courtyard area was all amazing
The view from the infinity pool on the rooftop was outstanding! It was obvious that they had made the room nice and comfortable. The room was rather large in my opinion.
The bathroom in my room was not terrible, but the shower wasn’t exactly as clean as I would expect.

The elevators are extremely slow. And not due to volume. Bacsme a running joke among guests who were waiting.

There was a bad smell emanating from either the plumbing or my particular bathroom. The staff seemed to be aware of the issue and provided a replacement room which did not have the same issue.
The Hotel is in general very nice, rooms, rooftop pool / bar all good.
When leaving the room at checkout, housekeeping wasn't the friendliest, we had our service dog with us, which was checked in with all papers (ESA).
Love the rooftop bar with live entertainment and a great view.
