Pros:

The location is just perfect - right near the Bell Tower and all main sightseeing points - it is very convenient to caome and leave literally from every point of the city. The room was spacious, we had all the facilites and very nice greeting card which was in Chinese, bit we translated it :) Thanks for the staff who draw the cat on it, now we leave it as a souvenir :) The staff is helpful, reacted to every our demand quick. I liked the delivery robots.
Laundry service is nice, but it is hard to install drying time - we had to prolong it 5 times.
There is a small gym and chlidren room.
Breakfast is mostly Asian-style, but we managed to find something for us and try something new.

Cons:

The breakfast restaurant is tiny - 2 times we could not find a place to sit and had to wait.

De locatie. Op loopafstand van de "Belltower monument en de drumtower, met direct de gezellihe straatjes van de moslumwijk. De staff was vriendelijk, en het ontbijt was prima en uitgebreid.

Cons:

Het uitzicht. We keken uit op een binnenmuur.

Excellent choice for comfort and convenience in a more modern setting.
Pros:

The Xian Novotel Bell Tower is newer than the other hotels we have stayed at over our trip, with a prime central location, just steps from the Bell Tower and a short walk to the lively Muslim Quarter. Tucked off the main road, it offers a peaceful and quiet stay despite being in the heart of the city. Room was a good size and well laid out. We appreciated the excellent laundry facilities and comfortable downstairs bar and lounge—great for relaxing while doing your washing. With a Metro station nearby, getting around Xian is easy and convenient. Being in a central location, tours will pick up and drop off at the hotel.

Everything about this property would have been excellent except for 2 HUGE pitfalls. The constant smell of cigarette smo

The location is fantastic. The hotel and the room was very clean and well laid out. The breakfast was nice with a good variety of food.

Cons:

The constant smell of cigarette smoking. The noise level of the rooms above. The staff speaks very little, usually none at all, English which is not ideal for international travellers.

Great location close to the “centre” so easy for restaurants etc

Cons:

Hotel clearly had a problem with some guests smoking in rooms when they should not as could smell tobacco in the hallways.

Overall a great choice for a hotel in Xi’an.
Pros:

This a perfectly located hotel for staying in Xi’an. The rooms are excellent as is the breakfast with a very wide selection to choose from. It has an added bonus of free washing machines and dryer s. The staff are also very helpful and courteous.

O melhor hotel de Xian
Pros:

Um dos melhores hotéis onde já fiquei.
Deste a atenção ao cliente, super eficientes, upgrade de quatro, cama super grande e confortável, pequeno almoço óptimo, acesso ao metro em frente, a 100m das atrações principais, restaurantes muito perto. Tudo muito bom.

Struttura perfetta, vicinissima a tutto.
Presente lavatrice e asciugatrice + palestra.
Lo staff super disponibile.
Volevo infine complimentarmi per i prodotti che vengono messi a disposizione in bagno, non è scontato trovare un balsamo per capelli! :)

Pros:

Metro is just infront of the hotel and there's alot of food options nearby. Bell tower and City wall are just walking distance.
The room has individual aircon instead of centralised aircon so it's perfect!
Room is cleaned everyday and the housekeeper put extra bottled water seeing how much water i drank the night before.

Cons:

Nothing.
