Nice hotel to live the center of Xi’an
Pros:

Everything you can expect from a international hotel. Smooth reception, english speaking. Good breakfast. Position is superb, close to everything

Cons:

The room view was facing … a wall. It was ok since we stayed one night, but in more days can be claustrophobic

Pros:

Pros:

La struttura è in un ottima posizione, vicino alla metro e in una zona fornita di un sacco di ristoranti.
L’albergo è bellissimo e fornito di ogni comfort possibile.
La colazione è ricca e il personale accogliente.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner très limité.
Le prix demandé à la réception était supérieur(de 6%) au prix de la plate-forme Booking: c’est la première fois que ça m’arrive en Chine et c’est pas normal à mon avis

Comodo, colazione così così, nel complesso ottima posizione e sinceramente si può consigliare

Sotto all’hotel c’è la metropolitana, eccellente per chi arriva con la stazione. La reception era cordiale e disponibile, ci ha pure lavato la biancheria gratuitamente.

Cons:

La nostra cameriera non ha voluto togliere il divano dalla camera perché non voleva fare lo sforzo di toglierlo. Avevo scelto una camera “privilege” per avere più spazio, pagando 27€ in più al giorno per il letto extra di mia figlia: con 4 valigie e borse annesse sarebbe stato utile, visto che ho pagato, accontentare il cliente e togliere i divano. Inoltre,all’arrivo, il letto di mia figlia non era ancora stato inserito in camera.

Pros:

The staff was helpful, room service was excellent and what I liked the most was the laundry service. You can easily wash, dry and iron your cloths without any charges and any time you want and the laundry room was clean.
