Pros:

Breakfast area and options were nice, deco was also nice. I had dinner one night in hotel and the quality was good. Room itself was okay hardwood floors showed dust very easily. I was lucky not many people were walking up and down the corridor.

Cons:

I did not like that swimming pool was in a different building without being easy and obvious how to access. It also felt like it was more public pool for a different complex, and rather empty without any staff. Also be prepared your card will be blocked for the full rate plus extra for each day my case 100 chf extra.

- sauber
- Essen und Frühstück ok, aber auch schon VIEL besseres gehabt in 4 Sterne Hotel
- einige Angestellte freundlich (einige nicht bzw. unprofessionell)

Cons:

Sooo einiges:
- 25.- Parkgebühr lächerlich
- 4 Sterne Hotel aber TV 20 Jahre alt NO-GO
- Klimaanlage SEHR laut + kann man nicht steuern oder abschalten, selbst wenn man Karte rauszieht, dass das ganze Zimmer keinen Strom mehr hat
- das schlimmste, extrem hoher Pipston von der Klimaanlage, extrem stressig, konnte man nichts dagegen machen
- einige Mitarbeiter unfreundlich: zb fragte ich den Mann an der Bar wo die Toilette sei, er antwortet nur auf englisch: down ...andere Mitarbeiter beklagten sich über ihre Arbeitskollegen
- Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht
- Fühlt sich nicht nach einem 4 Sterne Restaurant an

Komme garantiert nie wieder.

Park Hotel Zug Review
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for over 10 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, and the staff was exceptional throughout my stay. Whenever we had a couple of minor issues with our room, they responded promptly and were always attentive and eager to help.

Cleanliness is my top priority when choosing a hotel, and this property exceeded my expectations. The room and common areas were consistently spotless.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the pillows, which I also mentioned during check-out. Other than that, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place in a prime location.

Cons:

Glass shower Wall right infront of toilet entry door, caught myself twice getting up in the night to use the toilet! Not being able to control the A/C Fan Speed, the Noise kept me awake at times during the night
