If you’re going to buy from anyone buy from Kalyn. She was non confrontational. Super friendly. Came back and continued to stick to the script. She was awesome.

Casually mentioned at the front desk it was my daughter’s birthday. Ronda said there would be a little birthday surprise for her in the room.

My daughter was so impressed and amazed at the gifts.

My latest visit to Disneyland was August 2026, but I've been visiting almost monthly this year. Before I got my Magic Key this year, this hotel has been my chosen hotel since at least May 2023. The biggest reason is customer service. A long time ago, I had an issue with my room. It was minor enough that I would've tolerated it for the rest of my stay after mentioning it in the text message check-in. Instead, Frankie went above and beyond to help me out. Since then, I've always noted the service as excellent and made this hotel my home away from home.

The rooms here are spacious and bright. I think they're perfect for solo or couple of people. I usually travel solo though. Any more than 2 guests, then I would prefer the rooms to come with an extra foldable luggage rack. I love that the rooms are equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. It's perfect for keeping water cold before a long hot day in the park and heating up breakfast or a late night snack after a park day.

Although the hotel is not directly across from the park, it's not too long of a walk. I would estimate it to be a 10ish minute walk with McDonald's, Panera Bread, and Mimi's Cafe on the way. Typical guests usually get McDonald's for breakfast on the go before going into the park.

The hotel does offer breakfast, but at a price. It's a breakfast buffet on the 1st floor. The food options are pretty good. Lots of tables and it wasn't crowded at all the one time I went.

There's laundry and a gym here as well. $4 per wash and another $4 per dry. It's card only and located on the 2nd floor. Who even goes to the gym before or after a long Disney day? Cleanest gym ever. There is a bathroom and water fountain in there though.

Large bathroom in the lobby area is so awesome on checkout day before heading to the airport! Always clean and great air conditioning.

Out of everything, the thing I look forward to most whenever I return to this hotel is seeing Frankie and the wonderful service this hotel offers 💕

Care was wonderful and made family trip a memory of a lifetime. Amazing staff that attention to detail made the family grateful for the hotel.

Enjoyable and pleasant hotel with very nice and friendly staff. Arya was great and he helped us during our stay. Our room was clean and spacious.

Clean, conveniently close to Disney Parks (10 mins easy walk), great swimming pool for relaxing. Rooms a good size, comfortable and clean

The garden Inn was the nicest one I’ve ever stayed at. It was a beautiful condition and everything felt a bit luxury. The pool and hot tub or salt, water, and clean and beautiful. Jose in the breakfast area was above and beyond with his customer service- in my dreams Jose would be with me at breakfast every day with his positive attitude and welcome!!

Clean and spacious room. Close to Disneyland. Kind and hospitable staff all around from front desk, to maintenance, valet, and coffee bar. Eddie at the bar was friendly and personable. Jesus made great coffee this morning!

If you’re looking for an oasis in the middle of the chaos—a place that is beautiful, peaceful, welcoming, and relaxing—this is absolutely the place to stay!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an amazing valet team, a beautiful lobby, and an absolutely AMAZING room. 😍 The room was spacious, comfortable, and had such a beautiful view! I was genuinely impressed by how peaceful everything felt. After busy days at Disneyland, I actually looked forward to returning to the room and enjoying that little oasis of peace.

One of the coolest features was the ability to log into your own streaming services. Since we were visiting Disneyland, what better way to keep the Disney magic going than watching Disney+ every night? 😆 It was such a fun and thoughtful feature!

Housekeeping did an incredible job every day. The room was always so clean and refreshed when we returned, and I have to mention the toilet paper being beautifully folded and wrapped at the end of each day. 😂 It’s such a small detail, but those little touches made the stay feel extra special!

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and everyone we interacted with made us feel taken care of. A special shoutout to Arya, who was so kind and consistently greeted us with such a warm smile every morning. 😊 That kind of genuine friendliness really makes a difference.

And honestly, the value for the money was incredible. For the quality of the room, the beautiful view, the cleanliness, the amenities, the location, and the level of service, I truly felt like we got so much for what we paid.

Overall, would I stay here again? Absolutely YES! Would I recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay? 100% YES!

The friendly welcoming vibe to this hotel happens as soon as you set foot in the lobby.

Kristine helped me with every request and question I had about my stay with my two grandchildren. She was attentive and paid attention to every detail I asked about.

Arya was wonderfully accessible for any requests pertaining to the rooms.

Our room was clean, roomy, well lit, and with plenty of outlets and charging stations. The bathroom was equally roomy and clean, with plenty of the needed amenities. The beds were comfortable and placed just right to get a nice view from the windows.

My grandchildren were so comfortable, they asked for food delivery so they didn’t have to leave the room, unless it was to swim and use the splash pad.

It was such a great choice to stay here. My grands are making great memories already, including a bday celebration!!

Great hotel! Incredible staff, Arya gave us a bunch of great recommendations and told us about our Hilton Honors benefits. Connie at the front desk was so kind and helpful as well.

We had a great stay! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Arya was awesome. I only wish they offered self parking instead of valet-only parking. Other than that, everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, the location was great, and the staff were professional.

La chambre était magnifique, moderne et spacieuse. Elle etait au delà de nos attentes. C’etait tres propre et décoré avec beaucoup de gout.
Le lobby est gigantesque et franchement tres beau. La piscine etait incroyable!!! L’hotel n’est qu’à environ quinze minutes à pied de l’entrée des parcs Disneyland. Vraiment un super rapport qualité prix!!!

What a great stay we had here greatesnwith smiles! First day before disney kids swam, Carmelino made it out in perfect tile with some hot towels for kids to get out! Close walk to downtown disney, & back in time for pizza & drinks Where Myles gave AMAZING customer service with drink suggestions & great conversation with entire family! All in all i highly recommend staying here make sure you have time to swim & hit up the bar or restaurant !

First, I wanna give a shout out to Anthony at the front desk, who was absolutely amazingly kind and patience and knowledgeable and professional. The rooms are lovely. The grounds are well cared for it was an unbelievably relaxing Vacay, even though we were going to Disney land.
