サービスは確実に文句なしですが…
Pros:

受付の人がとにかく親切で愛想がよく雰囲気が良くてまた来たいな、という気分になりました。

Cons:

こればかりは仕方がないのですが、場所がいまいちわかりにくいところにあったのが難点ですね。Googleマップ使えばなんてことはないのですがそれでも『わかりにくっ』となってしまいますね。

宿泊には問題なかった。
Pros:

駅近。製氷器と洗濯・乾燥機があったこと。

Cons:

電話で伝えていたのに名前を間違えて登録されていたこと。前のお客さんの香水が強くて、換気してたという話だったが明らかにタバコだった。
浴槽は今まで泊まったアパホテルで1番狭かった。

La ubicación cerca de la estación de trenes.

Cons:

La habitación es minúscula unos 7-8 metros cuadrados. La cama, de 135 cm. está encajonada entre tres paredes. Incomodísima para dos personas. El AA no puede controlarse, te asas o te congelas porque lo ponen y quitan cuando les parece. Los pasillos son abiertos por lo que en verano están muy calientes. Solo hay dos ascensores para un edificio de 13 plantas y muchas habitaciones por planta. No se entiende el lema que aparece en las tarjetas-llave: Simplified luxury. Es de lo más alejado del lujo que hemos visto.
