Pros:

Henkilökunta oli huikeeta. Spassa hoidon tehnyt oli äärettömän ihana, hellä ja huomioonottava, sekä ammattitaitoinen.

Cons:

Sunnuntaina hlökuntaa ei ollut riittävästi. Huoneessa keitintä ei oltu pesty päälipuolelta ainakaan, jossa kuvottavat roiskeet.

History wrapped in an updated luxe operation with many amenities and a great staff.
Pros:

Sophisticated, environmentally top-rated hotel with a fascinating history as a former prison. Dinners at the restaurant, Ravintola Ruben, were superb. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly, very helpful, and (this being Finland) spoke excellent English. Proximity to a funicular down the hill is a real plus.

Cons:

Not much. Breakfast included scrambled eggs that weren't very tasty. The control panel for the room's ac unit is a small black square on the side of the bed frame with tiny print and touch-sensitive operation that, at least in my case, required multiple firm stabs. I consider these minor inconveniences.

Kiva reissu Turussa koiran kanssa
Pros:

Hienot puitteet entisessä vankilassa. Koiran kanssa majoitus oli oikein hyvä kokemus.

Cons:

Lähtiessä henkilökunta voisi kiittää ja toivottaa tervetulleeksi uudestaan! Pieniä juttuja, mitkä pitäisi tämän tason hotellissa Suomessakin jo muistaa.

Rakennuksesta, sen historiasta ja miljööstä. Henkilökunnasta, heidän avuliaisuudesta ja palveluhenkisyydestä.
Sellihuoneen vessanpöntöstä.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli itseasiassa heikoin lenkki. Vaihtoehtoja esim jugurtin suhteen oli vähän. Kaikissa marjoissa ja hilloissa oli vadelmaa.
Sellihuone oli liian hieno. Olisin halunnut että on autenttisempi.

Pros:

Hyvä sänky, iso toimiva kylpyhuone.
Monipuolinen aamupala.
Ravintolan ruoat aivan 6/5 laatua 💯

Cons:

Reissu oli liian nopea ja jäi vielä tutustumatta alueeseen ja kylpylään.. ensikerralla uudestaan ajan kanssa, ilman töitä

Hyvä aamupala! Tunnelmallinen hotelli.

Cons:

Huoneessa ei ollut ollenkaan jääkaappia, mikä oli harmi. Yöunet jäivät vähäisiksi, koska yöllä tuli palohälytys ja aamuyöllä ulkoa kantautui roska-auton äänet huoneeseen. Eli ei mikään paras äänieristys.

Erittäin kiva ja viihtyisä hotelli.
Pros:

Kaikki toimi, miljöö kaunis, palvelu erittäin ystävällistä, ruoka hyvää.

Cons:

Ainoa pieni miinus oli, että huoneeni wc pöntöstä kuului narinaa, kun istui, eli se oli jotenkin vähän irti sekä wc:ssä haisi viemäri.
