여행 하루전 예약한 방에 문제가 있다고 침대2개 쇼파베드1개 방으로 변경한다고 메일이 옴
여행 하루전이라 어쩔수 없이 변경해달라고 답변

호텔 도착하니 쇼파베드쪽에는 침구도 없는 상태고 변경된 객실에는 안좋은 냄새가 엄청 나고
2박 예약을 했는데 작은 수건3장, 큰 타울 3장만 있음, (추가지급 불가하다는 답변 받음)

객실 위생 상태는 매우불량 (곰팡이,먼지,벽면에 얼룩,안좋은냄새)

여행하기 힘든 나라에 게스트하우스 보다 못한곳

ロケーションは悪くないが、それ以外はよくない。

Wi-Fiはほぼ使えない、繋がっているのにデータが流れないことが頻繁に起きる。極めて不安定。
二段ベッドのはしごは細すぎて、鉄パイプだけで、体重60キロ以上の人は足が痛くなる。
空気清浄機はずっと清掃されておらず、洗濯機も同様で、乾燥をかけると排気口の清掃が必要だとアラームが鳴る。室内の製品を使える状態に保つことはホテルの基本ではないのか？

何泊しようとも、歯磨き粉は一度しか提供されない。バスタオルも同様。

最も腹立たしいのは洗剤の件だ。洗濯洗剤を提供するとのことで、事前連絡が必要って。初日の夜に3つを依頼したところ、翌日にドアノブに掛けておくと言われたが、翌日届かず。清掃スタッフへの連絡が不十分だったとの説明で、3日目に届くと言われた。しかし3日目も届かず、問い合わせると何の説明もなく、明日届けると言うだけ。ふざけるなぁ！私は4日目の午前中にチェックアウト！
その後、本日届けると言われたので、もう必要ないと伝えると、1時間後に「1時間以内に届けるので確認してください」との返信が来た。
これのどこが対応と言えるのか！？その時点で私はすでに部屋にいなかった。洗剤3袋のために2時間も部屋で待てというのか！？
最初から洗剤は提供しないと言ってくれれば、初日の夜に自分で買いに行った。届かなかったのに何の連絡もなく、帰って洗濯しようとして初めて届いていないことに気づく。数袋の洗剤のせいで旅行の楽しい気分が大きく損なわれた。返信も遅く、まるで翻訳しながら対応しているようで、やり取りは冷たく、謝罪するだけ。

おすすめしない。
