Great stay!
Pros:

Lovely hotel,beautiful clean rooms with super comfortable bed.Well equipped bathroom with everything that you need. Exceptional staff,super helpful and kind.

Pleasant and comfortable. All staff friendly & helpful.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a reasonable choice of cereals, hot buffet etc. The staff were attentive and friendly. Overall a lovely stay.

Cons:

However, the cheese platter at breakfast did not look at its best. A little concerned about the access to snacks to drinks after 11:00.pm. Fortunately, the event we attended meant we were back before 11:00pm. Perhaps a vending machine may address this.
The instructions for use of safe had become worn and unreadable. However, staff were prompt in helping to help us with this.

Pros:

It was a nice location and a good size room. The water pressure was top notch!!!! I would come back again just for that to be honest.

Cons:

There were no full length mirrors in the room and the lighting was quite poor

Would not stay again
Pros:

Close to the O2 by taxi but not the most appropriate for walking as there are busy main roads to get there.

Cons:

Limited facilities, small room which had a foul sweat smell when we arrived, the toilet felt like it was going to fall off the wall, windows were difficult to open as the handles felt they were going to fall.
The staff were unhelpful. We wanted to buy water from reception and they told us to pay at the bar, we waited at the bar to pay for 10 minutes before just walking away as no one came. Elevator was slow we needed up taking the stairs throughout our stay. Expensive for what it was.

Pros:

Staff very very Accomodating, friendly efficient coffee at breakfast was nice and strong

Cons:

Shower blocked up during use, and found hairs not belonging to myself or my husband in the shower cubicle. Room had a smell upon entering which was not pleasant, the lifts Felt dirty as though used for both hotel guests & the staff cleaning duties. The breakfast was not worth the price! the sausages and bacon were over cooked and left in the trays left to stew there was no mushrooms in the second day.

It was adequate for our needs, but could do with some improvements
Pros:

It was quiet and nicely decorated throughout. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good.

Cons:

Some lights weren't working, such as the bedside spotlights and the makeup/shaving mirror light in the bathroom. The Toilet seat wasn't cleaned properly.
