Pros:

Unfortunately, any positives about the stay were completely overshadowed by the serious safety concerns and the disappointing way management handled my complaint.

Cons:

A serious warning to families with young children: The fifth-floor window in my room opened dangerously wide, with no visible safety restrictor, and a sofa positioned directly underneath made it easily accessible to a child. The potential consequences of a fall from this height are unthinkable. Even more alarming was management's dismissive response when I raised this serious concern. I strongly urge parents to check the safety of their room windows before allowing children near them. No family should have to discover such a potentially life-threatening hazard themselves. Based on my experience, I would not feel safe bringing young children to this hotel and cannot recommend it to families.

Passable but not value for money
Pros:

Location to the o2 was good

Cons:

Room was poor, mould in bathrooms and stale smell everywhere.Room temperature was way too hot and couldnt control it .

Our stay was good all round just needs attention in certain areas
Pros:

Ideal Location when going to a concert at the 02 . Loved the Decor

Cons:

The lighting in the bedroom is not ideal as the room is too dark , it needs a proper ceiling light . The room was clean but the hall ways needs proper hoovering as you can see the build up of dust in the corners & the glass on the doors were very dirty .

Location is awful wish i reviewed it better now.
Staff very rude no engagement, handed key and no mention of anything, i went to check out the view from restaurant at the top and was looked down on by the staff member (lady) like i wasn't worthy of a look, the restaurant was empty so hardly interrupting anyone plus i wanted somewhere to dine and again i was looked up and down why because i wasn't wearing the right clothing! The room is so dark i couldn't see myself doing my makeup, long mirror was really filthy and shower head loose. parking isn't ideal not many spaces and not a safe car park for £20.00

Cons:

Mööbel kulunud-vannitoa uks ei sulgunud, kraanikausi alune riiul kohe-kohe alla kukkumas. Staff tegi oma tööd kui sunnitööl olles nii et ei tundnud hetkekski et olin oodatud sinna.

Convenient stay for O2 arena
Pros:

Aircon was amazing! It was so warm outside but it was great. Shower really nice as well and overall just great. Nice range of snacks in reception too

Cons:

Staff were a little stand offlish so we avoided them
