Great location , clean and friendly staff
Pros:

Decor and cleanliness

Cons:

Our shower flooded and we had to change towels. Looked like it happened a lot and the skirting boards were soft where the water travels. No resturant facilities for lunch when offering an early check in.

Comfortable stay, good location but rooms in need of some attention.
Pros:

Very well located for access to the O2

Cons:

The hotel rooms are in need of some update. The charging ports in the room were temperamental, shower door didn’t close properly, lights by bed didn’t work. Overall the hotel is quite tired looking.

Couple nights away in London for a show at the 02
Pros:

It was in a good location for the 02, a 10-15 min walk, fairly quiet, comfy bed, good shower and amazing black out curtains

Cons:

The staff weren’t overly friendly or welcoming

Very poor value for money. If you’re staying purely because of going to the O2 like we were then go to the holiday Inn.
Pros:

How close it was to the O2.

Cons:

Most of it. Broken window. Bedside lights didn’t work. Very poorly lit rooms. Showers full of black mould. Carpets on the stairs filthy. After 10pm on Friday night bar was closed down and bottled drinks only. Latte was made with UHT milk carton from Lidl. 🤢

Great affordable stay in London.
Pros:

Very affordable, clean and well appointed for a basic hotel stay, which is what we were looking for.

Cons:

The location is a bit out of the way, within the Greenwich area, but not too bad.

Ok, but not staying there again
Pros:

Somewhat close to the O2 Arena

Cons:

Testing the fire alarm during a saturday afternoon without giving any notice.
We had to leave a day early because of a medical emergency at home. I asked for a partial refund, but they were not willing to provide that.

A very pleasant surprise and great value for money
Pros:

It was a very trendy hotel with artwork everywhere creating an great vibrant atmosphere

Cons:

The cooked breakfast was left on heat for too long as the bacon and sausages were quite tough but the rest of the breakfast was great
