Fun 1930’s aesthetic with beautiful furnishings and rich fixtures.
The restaurant was a little expensive.
We arrived late and restaurants were closing. The staff still tried to accommodate us as best as possible. We went ahead and ordered room service but they were willing to sit us even though they were closed.

The only thing that we said was missing was a bidet, but that is literally it!
We stayed for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend. Absolutely amazing experience—customer service is off the charts! Brenna was our server for dinner and she was the best!! Super sweet and attentive!! Great experience—we’ll be back for sure! Only negative was the rooftop bar where drinks and service were not great. View is worth checking out tho.
What made the whole service more special was our friendly, patient, knowledgeable server, Gabriel.
My friend and I just came from a stressful court case (his case was closed as it should have been a year ago), and I felt blessed that we had Gabriel as our Gabriel.
My friend was on the phone calling his family to tell them the wonderful news.
I didn’t feel rushed at all by Gabriel and when we asked detailed questions about the menu, he knew his stuff and was correct!! I can’t handle spice and the salsa he recommended was not spicy at all.
The food was very delicious and hit the spot😋
I definitely recommend this place. We went for lunch. I would request Gabriel and let him know Kelly sent ya 😉

Alan and Victor from the valet were amazing! This hotel is gorgeous and service was great, very happy with the stay.
My stay at The Plaza in El Paso was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The moment I stepped out of my car at valet, Moises welcomed us with professional, top-tier service and made us feel valued throughout our entire stay. His attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out and elevated the whole experience.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. My room was on the 9th floor with a gorgeous view. Everything was spotless, and the thoughtful details in the design gave the property such a rich and elegant feel. Every part of the experience reflected quality and care.
The location is also ideal, surrounded by a beautiful area that’s perfect for walking and exploring. Between the stunning hotel, incredible service, and amazing atmosphere, this was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend staying here, and a special thank you again to Moises for making our visit unforgettable!
The Plaza Hotel is a beautiful landmark property with a fabulous restaurant and bar. My wife and I had a wonderful three-day stay overall, though we were disappointed in a few areas where the service fell short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber.
Housekeeping lacked the consistency one would expect. We received turndown service on only two of the four nights, and a pre-order breakfast card was provided the first evening but not on the remaining nights. In addition, some trash was not removed during one day’s cleaning service.
We were also disappointed with room service responsiveness. On two separate occasions, I attempted to place a room service order by phone but was unable to connect because no one answered the line.
Despite these issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel’s elegance, atmosphere, and overall charm.
Valet parking was and amazing experience our car was ready to go every time we will ask for it 10/10 service over all Mike James Angel and Alan did and amazing job
