لم احب اقامتي في الفندق وستكون آخر مره احجز علي الفندق إذا ظل علي نفس هذا المستوي الرديء جدا

موقعه لأنه بالقرب من البحر

Cons:

الكثير لم يعجبني نظافه المكان كان جدا قذر وحتي العاملين علي النظافه لا يعملون جيدا اثاث الغرفه والحمام كله محتاج تغيير وتبديل والشراشف مقطعه ومثقوبه البحر لا يوجد به عاملين ليقوموا بالتنظيف أو الترتيب أو توفير احتياجات الناس وكراسي البحر خربانه وايضاً الفطور مكرر كل يوم نفس الأصناف ولا يوجد خدمه ايضاً أثناء الفطور وايضاً عند طلب خدمه الغرف يجب علي الانتظار لأكثر من 3 ساعات لياتي لي العامل
وايضاً تعامل الحراس كان جدا سيئا معي ولا يوجد أماكن لصف السيارات ولا عاملين لصف السيارات مثل باقي الفنادق
اللي أريد قوله لاداره الفندق يجب عليكم تطوير المكان وتحديثه للأفضل واتمني أنكم تعملون علي هذا الموضوع
لأني اعشق مكان الفندق وهذه ليست المره الأولي اللتي اذهب اليها وشكلها ستكون الاخيره لأنه هذه المره فعلا لم استمتع بوجودي هناك خساره وقت ومال في مكان لم استمتع به أنا وأطفالي

A small congested room, only a few parking space. Parking slots are not enough for car. Bad smell from room and toilet no freshner. Pool time start @ 8AM. NO bath towel provided @pool(morning)

Good staff, but hygiene and food need attention.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is very good and convenient, and the beach was easily accessible and enjoyable for families.

Cons:

The food was often cold and there was not much variety. The bakery items also felt cold and not fresh. The smell in the restaurant, especially during breakfast, was not pleasant. The cleaning service was also poor, as the room was not cleaned properly and we were given used and torn towels during our stay.
Overall, the hotel does not meet the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. In our opinion, it feels more like a 3- or 4-star experience at best.
