Everything was ok except the bed which is very important when someone travels and needs rest

Cons:

The bed was horrible, they need to replace it . Couldn’t sleep well back and shoulders was hurting due to bed !

I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The hotel and room were very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and served Starbucks coffee. Staff at the breakfast area was very friendly as well. Overall a very good stay/experience.

Pros:

The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was nice & comfortable.

Cons:

The pool was not in the hotel b ut was a Waterpark across the parking lot at a sister hotel.

Not convenient to water park
Pros:

Not ADA friendly. Water park access included but long walk to get there and no shuttles. Had to drive over and no close h/c parking left when we came back. No complimentary coffee. No breakfast, paid only. Room was okay. You must take your own luggage in with small carts that dont roll well and get stuck on the metal groves of the door opening. Caused things to spill out and get damaged.
