Don't Expect The Best Experience
Pros:

Restaurant was convenient.

Cons:

The beds were hard. I had back problems every morning. Our trash was taken put twice and when we came back one afternoon, our room door was open. Luckily, nothing was stolen but that won't be the case if it happens again to someone else. Also, one time when they came to take towels, they left a whole pile by the bathroom and we also had to ask for more towels.

Great stay to end our 10-day vacation, touring SD.
Pros:

I loved the layout of the room, esp. the bathroom. Towels were easy to reach from the shower. I also liked the main room. Having the couch plus a chair at the table is so helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The A/C worked and was quiet. The Bistro was nice and we enjoyed that on the second morning, using our savings coupon.

Cons:

Even though the Bistro was available, we were used to having breakfast included. That's just a minor issue!

Always great at this facility!
Pros:

This hotel does not offer free breakfast, they instead have a Starbucks on site and breakfast can be purchased, which was very good. We love that they have a bar at the location, and serve food from 5P-10P. Beautiful hotel, lobby and restaurant/bar area. The hotel is part of a 3-hotel cluster and indoor water park, and parking can be challenging at times, unfortunately. Yet this is the hotel I book time and time again when I'm in the area.

Cons:

It's a strange "get into, get out of" area, and not well marked. I would've expected more considering how busy that complex is.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Will definitely stay in a Courtyard again.

Pros:

The cleanliness.

Cons:

We booked and reserved online and when we got there front desk rep told us there was no payment received from us and was going to charge us a second time so we had to show our receipt on the phone. Ordered food when we went to go pick it up in the lobby we asked the same rep where we can pick up since we didn’t have how it works and it was our first time, he didn’t seem to want to help us and just shook his head.

Pros:

Very up to date. Lovely showers.

Cons:

The parking lot, literally no where to park that is close to access the hotel area. Absolutely unforgettable.
