Top Lage, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr anonym. Alles digital. Kein Personal. Wirkt sich auf die Atmosphäre abkühlend aus.

Excellent for short stays, especially for solo travellers.
Pros:

Interesting modern hotel. Extremely comfortable super king bed. Modern bathroom, Good breakfast. Nice bar/cafe area for guests

Cons:

The room is small and the bed dominates. For the two of us, we felt cramped and could not relax. My fault - I should have paid more attention to the room size when booking. I think it was 14sqm from memory.

We would stay here again. Everything was easy and pleasant
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Easy to walk around, close to transport, shops etc. Hotel was super clean and modern. The rooms had some cool gadgets, colour changing lights, remote blinds etc. We interacted with 8 staff members during our stay and all were fantastic, which made things easy.

Cons:

The rooms are a little small. 2m more is all it would need, but that's a structural thing that can't be changed. It didn't dampening our stay, but would make it better

Petites imperfections compensées par une localisation formidable.

L'emplacement est parfait.

Cons:

L'hôtel est très connecté et je n'apprécie pas trop cela. Je l'ai choisi pour l'emplacement, par pour son caractère "moderne", ce qui explique mon appréciation.

Avant mon arrivée, j'ai téléphoné à l'hôtel pour avoir des infos précises sur le lieu, le temps : les personnes qui m'ont répondu n'étant pas sur place, aucune réponse n'a pu m'être apportée. L'hôtel sur place n'est pas directement joignable par la clientèle. Et on ne m'a pas proposer de chercher l'info puis de me recontacter.
L'équipe d'accueil parle très peu le français. Une employée ne parle pas du tout le français. Une autre employée le maîtrisait mal : elle me tutoyait.

Ma chambre a eu un problème électrique : j'ai dû changer de chambre alors que j'étais déjà installée. Cela fut désagréable après une longue journée. J'aurais apprécié que l'établissement propose de m'offrir le petit-déjeuner, ce qui n'a pas été fait.

La chambre est très connectée : réglage de la lumière sur une tablette, réglage de la TV sur la même tablette... Pouvoir allumer la salle de bain en bleu ou vert ne m'intéresse pas du tout : par contre, j'aurais apprécié d'avoir une bouilloire dans ma chambre.

La ubicación y la atención del personal. Simpáticos y agradables en todo momento.
La habitación, pequeña. Pero, salvo lo de la cama, cómoda y suficiente. Luminosa y agradable.

Cons:

La cama. Cómoda, pero difícil de utilizar al tener un lado pegado a la pared sin otro acceso que saltar por encima del otro ocupante.
