Comfortable, love the iPad controls, amazing bed and sheets.
Pros:

The room was really cozy. We loved being able to control everything with the iPad. The bed was so comfortable. Climate control including the air conditioning was a life saver. We loved the aesthetics of the entire hotel. The location is extremely central and easy to get to. Restaurants across the street and a food hall. The staff was so helpful and also stored our luggage after checkout. Would absolutely stay in another Citizen M.

Cons:

No luggage rack or stand in the room.

Nice Hotel in the heart of Geneve
Pros:

- the location
- the facilities in the room
- the high technology in the rooms
- the cleanness

Cons:

- the rooms are a little bit smaller that normal
- the Managment in the hotel are somehow strict and not flexible about free late checkout that mostly offered by most hotels to satisfy their guests
