Pros:

The space was clean, staff were all so attentive and helpful, and facilities were great. Everything hits the boxes for what you need.

Cons:

Small issues but, soundproofing. You can hear sounds from the hall especially outside your door as if they are inside. You can also hear your neighbor, we happened to have had a snoring neighbor. That being said, unless you're incredibly sensitive to sound, it's not an issue. Only other thing to note is bed is on the softer side in case you need stiffer ones, this isn't for you

Bon emplacement mais confort et insonorisation à améliorer
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent, juste à côté du Tanger Outlet Kanata. Il n’y a pas de borne de recharge pour les voitures électriques sur place, mais on en trouve facilement à proximité. La chambre est propre.

Cons:

L’insonorisation de la chambre est vraiment insuffisante. On entend tout : les enfants qui courent dans le couloir, les voisins qui tirent la chasse d’eau, ainsi que les occupants de la chambre au-dessus qui se lèvent à 3 h du matin pour préparer leurs bagages. Le petit déjeuner offre peu de choix. De plus, il n’y a pas de climatisation centralisée et le module individuel dans chaque chambre est très bruyant.
