Bon emplacement mais confort et insonorisation à améliorer
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent, juste à côté du Tanger Outlet Kanata. Il n’y a pas de borne de recharge pour les voitures électriques sur place, mais on en trouve facilement à proximité. La chambre est propre.

Cons:

L’insonorisation de la chambre est vraiment insuffisante. On entend tout : les enfants qui courent dans le couloir, les voisins qui tirent la chasse d’eau, ainsi que les occupants de la chambre au-dessus qui se lèvent à 3 h du matin pour préparer leurs bagages. Le petit déjeuner offre peu de choix. De plus, il n’y a pas de climatisation centralisée et le module individuel dans chaque chambre est très bruyant.

The location was spot on for what we intended to do.
Pros:

The breakfast had a good selection and there was plenty of food. The location of the hotel was very good for our stay, we were going to the Canadian Tire Center.

Cons:

We found the bed to be too soft and therefore did not get a good nights sleep.

Pleasant comfortable room with excellent housekeeping. Across the road from the outlet mall and close to the highway but quiet.

Cons:

Disappointing breakfast, limited cereals, pastries, cooked part limited selection and disappointing coffee. Gets busy with kids sports teams at weekends.
