Great place , but...
Pros:

We loved the location, great area. Rooms were clean, tidy.

Cons:

Nothing open, no reception at 2100 - No restaurant open for food or shop. No breakfast open for the morning, restaurant closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

Hotel is a care residence establishment. This isn't stipulated on the booking or advert. Underground parking is nice - no air onditioning and no fans. Extremely hot rooms.

Friendly staff from the messages we received - just a shame nothing was open , no bar for drinks or anything.

Cons:

Er staat nergens dat het ook een verpleeghuis is! Dat vonden wij niet leuk!
En er was geen airco op de kamers en de douche erg klein met een gordijn dat kan echt niet meer! Zeker niet omdat Zwitserland erg prijzig is

Mittel mässig

Cons:

Zu teuer für was es ist. Wie kann man ein Hotel betreiben und das Restaurant hat zu ohne es vorab zu melden.
Varianten gab es überhaupt nicht!
Weiter ist es verbunden mit ein Pflege- und Altersheim was man in die Bewerbung nicht erwähnt!

Posto perfetto e rigenerante, quiete incredibile, immerso nel verde della campagna bernese, dotato di tutto con un ottimo ristorante proprio adiacente alla struttura con prezzi nella media svizzera (e forse anche qualcosa in meno). Personale disponibile e gentile ovunque, il self-check in non è problematico: le stanze sono accoglienti e dotate di tutto, per gli amanti della TV ci sono canali in ogni lingua della confederazione (italiano compreso). Andatevi a fare una passeggiata nei dintorni: merita!

Poche indicazioni sulla strada, soprattutto nelle vicinanze della struttura vista la presenza di altre strutture non alberghiere
