Horrible
Pros:

Me dijeron que la reservación quedaria cancelada por que no podian hacer el cargo a la tarjeta y efectivamente yo asumiendo que por falta de pago cancelaron la reservacion, me fui a hospedar a Torre Lucerna sorpresa dias después hacen un cargó de este establecimiento

📌 El mensaje que recibi daba a entender que la tarjeta no era válida y que la reserva podía cancelarse si no actualizaba el pago.
📌 Ellos procesaron el cargo días después, aunque inicialmente la transacción había sido rechazada.
📌 Nunca recibi una confirmación clara de que la reservación seguía garantizada pese al rechazo inicial.

Cons:

Pesimo manera de operador, primero mandan un correo notificando que no pueden hacer el cobro a la tarjeta de crédito y en caso de no actualizar los datos la reserva quedara cancela y o sorpresa dias despues se hacen el cargo a la tarjeta

El mejor lugar para disfrutar todo lo que Ensenada/Valle tiene para ofrecer.
Pros:

Todo excelente siempre, nos casamos ese fin de semana en Valle de Guadalupe y decidimos pasar unos varios días disfrutando la gastronomía de Ensenada. Punta Morro es definitivamente el mejor lugar para hospedarse.

This was a beautiful location that was well-maintained.
Pros:

The facilities were amazing and well-maintained. Every room overlooks the ocean. The staff was very attentive. The rooms were well-planned.
