Overall we enjoyed our stay. Very clean!
Pros:

I liked that staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The place was super clean! And well stocked on towels and toiletries.

Cons:

It was a little loud. We could hear people talking when walking by.

Awesome! Will return again!
Pros:

The hotel was super upbeat and staff members were really helpful and friendly! I was 2 hours early for check-in and just asked if I could work in the lobby, but they went ahead and offered me a room instead. When I headed out to get some food, the manager remembered my name and asked if I was settled in or needed anything. Very thoughtful!

Comfy room, great location.
Pros:

Great location near airport and within walking distance to several decent restaurants. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms with a thoughtful layout. Nice fitness center.

Cons:

The early morning front desk attendant was surly and lacked basic courtesy, and the early morning hotel shuttle driver was dismissive and barely responsive, but the afternoon and evening staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Location and rooms.

Cons:

Tried to charge me for parking even though I did not have a car there and marked i did not on the reservation. Front desk staff was rude when I called and basically blamed me for not confirming with them when I checked out that I did not have a car. Morning fromt desk needs some customer service training.

You made our family reunion complete.
Cons:

We trusted the Marriot brand and we were not disappointed. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, and everything was easy to find. We will definitely return when we come to Reno. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Cons:

Had to purchase breakfast and options were very limited. Difficult to get room cleaned when needed - miscommunication with the staff-

Comfy beds
Pros:

We liked that it was away and off the main strip. The hotel was quiet. The pool was perfect for my family. The outside of the hotel was clean and well maintained. Easy parking. The hotel room was unique. There was a cute table and seating. The beds were so comfortable and the blankets were cozy. The AC worked so well. I appreciated the plugs next to the bed for my CPAP machine. Loved the full sized mirror in the room.

Cons:

The set up of the room was interesting. Very minimal. There was just a curtain for shower privacy, which was awkward staying in a room with my sons. You could see through the wall panel that separated the beds from the shower area. The bathroom door did not lock. So I would only stay here again if it were just me and my husband. We only received 2 towels when we had 4 people in the room. Although the rooms were clean, one of the pillow cases had a blood stain on it. No closet, clothes had to hang over the microwave, which was odd, but not horrible.

Who could possibly sleep through all that freeway & roadway noise! Awful!
Pros:

Didn’t eat there

Cons:

The traffic noise was so bad I barely slept. It was the worst I’ve experienced in a hotel. It was close to the airport but I would not stay there again. Too noisy!! Room 353.
