Pros:

The location was good, very peacful location.
It was clean and safe.

Cons:

I didnt like the fact that the accomodatiin said private parking on reservation 12€, when in fact it was not a possibility to reserve a parking and it works based on firts come first serve and actually cosed 14€.

Die Lage war gut. Gute Erreichbarkeit von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Komfortables Zimmer.

Cons:

Grundsätzlich was das Zimmer sauber, aber in den Schränken gab es einige Dinge von den Vorgängern. Tüten, Verpackungen, verpacktes gemüse und im Bad ein Duschgel. Mein Zimmerschlüssel passte nicht zum Müllraumtür zu der Lounge.

Had to wait for two hours in the street because of strict check-in rules, even though there was a lobby inside the building. AC was set without the ability to change the temperature.

Ideal for a solo long-term stay.
Pros:

This was a wonderful and very clean place to stay. It’s conveniently located close to the U6 station, and there are also large supermarkets and casual restaurants nearby, which made everything very convenient for me.

The shower had strong water pressure, and the hot water lasted throughout the entire shower. The surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood, so I was able to relax comfortably.

I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely like to stay here again next time.

בשביל הבריאות הנפשית שלכם, לא ממליץ להתקרב לא לרשת הדירות הזאת ובטח שלא למקום האירוח הספציפי הזה! הזמנתי דירה למשך עשרה ימים ובפרסום הציגו דירה עם שתי מרפסות. בפועל קיבלתי חדר הרבה יותר קטן עם מרפסת אחת. פניתי לשירות הלקוחות של בוקינג ופה התחילה מסכת של התעללות וזלזול דוחים ביותר. פעם אחר פעם הסברתי שלא קיבלתי חדר נכון ולמרות ששלחתי צילומים והסברתי שנעשתה טעות שירות הלקוחות סירב לתת לי מענה וטען שיחזרו אליי עם תשובה. למעלה משבוע עבר ולא טרחו אפילו לטפל בבעיה (אין עם מי לדבר, אפילו את בעל בניין הדירות לא ניתן לאתר לטענתם), ולבסוף איימתי בתביעה ורק אז מישהו טרח לטפל בבעיה והציע פיצוי כספי זעום. אני הרבה זמן מזמין דרך בוקינג אבל אין ספק שזה מקום האירוח הכי גרוע שנתקלתי בו - ללא ניקיון חדרים, ללא החלפה בסיסית של פחי אשפה/מגבות ונייר טואלט. פשוט לא להתקרב
