Der fehlende Rollladen vor dem Fenster. Mir wäre im Erdgeschoss ein Rollladen wünschenswert gewesen , das Nebenzimmer hatte einen Rollladen vor dem Fenster, nur ich leider nicht. Gerade im Erdgeschoss, wo einen nur eine dünne Glasscheibe nachts vor evtl. Bösewichten trennt, ist das besonders als Frau alleine sehr beunruhigend!!! Wäre schön, wenn einer nachinstalliert werden würde.

-Frais cachés scandaleux: 35€ de frais de ménage non affichés au moment de la réservation pour une chambre de 9m². Ces frais n'apparaissent pas dans le récapitulatif de paiement, vous découvrez la mauvaise surprise sur votre relevé bancaire. Une pratique commerciale trompeuse et inacceptable.
- Confort inexistant: une seule petite couverture disponible pour un lit double. Le minimum syndical n'est même pas respecté.
-Service administratif désastreux: plus de 10 jours pour obtenir une simple facture malgré plusieurs relances. Un document qui se génère en quelques secondes dans n'importe quel système hôtelier.
Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.

One of the main reasons I booked this property was the availability of Wi-Fi, which I needed for both work and communication. Unfortunately, the internet either did not work at all or was so unreliable that it was practically unusable throughout my stay.

I contacted the reception multiple times seeking assistance. Instead of resolving the issue, the hotel repeatedly sent the same copy-and-paste responses and empty promises. No real effort was made to fix the problem, and I felt completely ignored as a paying guest.

What made the situation even worse was the lack of professionalism and customer care. Rather than providing a solution, the staff seemed more interested in sending automated, repetitive messages than actually helping their guests.

Reliable Wi-Fi is not a luxury in today’s world—it is a basic service that every hotel should be able to provide. Sadly, this hotel failed to deliver even that.

The windows and curtains were not so clean, without mosquito nets so once I had a big insect inside.

I stayed for 7 days because I had a course to attend and cleaning is not included in the price, this means you need to throw away your own garbage. For stays longer than a weekend, mind that there is no way to cook, only a microwave, kettle and coffee machine.

If you are a girl travelling alone, mind that the U-bahn in the evening leaves you 11-13 minutes away on foot and the area feels very suburban so very quiet and a bit dark. Nothing bad happened but I advice to think about this if you are a girl and you plan to go out in the evening. I tried to be back maximum by 23:30 (only once) but mostly max around 22:00.

The rooms are VERY dirty.
The towels are VERY dirty.
The rooms have a smell all the time.
NO cleaning was ever made during our 9-day stay.
We found bugs in the bed, see my video
The bed is very bad, and you can't sleep.
The pillows are 10 years old, and only god knows how we slept.

Hellhörig, wenn Zimmernachbarn nachts kommen.

De kamer kwam niet overeen met de foto’s bij de boeking en was veel kleiner dan geadverteerd. Ondanks meerdere meldingen en toezeggingen voor een grotere kamer is dit niet opgelost. Tijdens ons verblijf werden we twee keer gestoord door andere gasten vanwege foutieve kamerindeling. Er was geen schoonmaakservice of schoonmaakmateriaal beschikbaar tijdens ons verblijf van een week, en na uitchecken zijn er bovendien extra schoonmaakkosten in rekening gebracht. Dit ben ik niet gewend van een accommodatie.
