Pros:

La ubicacion fue espectacular, u6 y u4 a 5 y 10 minutos andado.
Dentro del apartamento también muy bien equipado. Estuve en octubre y la calefaccion también se agradecía mucho. Ropa de cama impecable y además fueron muy amables proporcionando un cambio de toallas por larga estancia. (un gran detalle!! )

Leider gibt es ein eher schlechtes Raumklima - trotz ständigem Lüften war die Unterkunft im Herbst sehr aufgeheizt.

Pros:

Abbiamo avuto seri problemi per entrare in struttura.
Avevo prenotato 7 camere e una l'ho avuta alle 19,00.
Problemi anche per l'inserimento dei documenti.
Non c'è nessuna persona fisica.
Manca nella sala bar un distributore automatico.

Wunderbare, wirklich UNHEIMLICH zu empfehlende Unterkunft für diese wunderbare Stadt!
Pros:

Besonders haben uns die Ausrichtung des Appartements samt Balkon sowie das insgesamt sehr ruhige Viertel gefallen, und auch die Lage war wunderbar! Wir konnten nicht nur fußläufig sehr gute Brauhäuser erreichen, auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war super. Und in nicht mal 5 Minuten war man auch im nächsten Supermarkt.

Cons:

Eine ausfahrbare Markise über dem Balkon wäre natürlich super, denn wenn es mal nieselt, wie bei unserem Aufenthalt im Herbst, könnte man dann ohne Probleme auch auf dem Balkon sitzen

Pros:

The room has a coffee machine with plenty of capsules for the whole stay, and the coffee is really good. The room is beautiful and has a nice balcony with a pleasant view. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, knives and everything you need to cook for yourself. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. It’s in Meidling, so not the very center, but the metro is an easy walk away and Schönbrunn is close by.

Cons:

The fridge works fine overall, but it freezes things a lot, so food can end up partly frozen. Also, a tip: it’s better to close the windows in the evening, from around 9 pm. A man in the building across the street smokes, and the smell of cigarette smoke comes into the room quite strongly.

Pros:

good value for money, very convenient location and cozy apartments. Great choice to stay in Vienna.

Cons:

During our three-day stay, the staff entered our closed doors three times without knocking or warning, making interruptions very uncomfortable.

Uzimanje 250€ sa racuna bez predhodnog obavjestavanja ,a novac su uzeli da bi pokrili nekakve troskove stete za svaki slucaj nikad to nisam dozivio u zivotu inace sama rezervacija je bila 137 € a oni su si uzeli 250 za sigurnost smijesno
