المكان مركزي وقريب لمحطه ترمواي ومترو وباصات واماكن مركزيه مشيا، الطاقم اديب جدا ويقفو عند كل دخول وخروج لنا من الفندق ويرحبو، مكان نظيف، الفطور جيد رغم صغر المكان نسبيا.
البركه صغيره نسبيا تقريبا 30 متر مربع ويجب حجزها لساعات معينه، الدخول بدفع (مع انهم يمنحو المره الاولى مجانا)، الاسانسير يتسع ل 4 فقط.
Жақсы қарсы алды, отельдің ережелерімен түгел таныстырды. Ресепшендегі, асханадағы сервистерге көңіліміз толды. Бөлме таза, тамақтары да жақсы.
L'hôtel présente deux avantages majeurs qui sont la localisation et le rapport qualité/prix, en plus d'une équipe très serviable.
L'emplacement est très intéressant puisque l'hôtel se situe à une centaine de mètres de marche de la principale ligne de tramway, le T1, depuis laquelle il est possible de se rendre sur la place Sultan Ahmet après seulement trois arrêts.
Concernant la qualité de l'hôtel, la propreté est très satisfaisante, avec une équipe très serviable, un service de petit déjeuner ainsi qu'une salle comprenant une petite piscine, généralement vide, ainsi qu'un sauna.
Je remercie particulièrement Abdu pour ses services ainsi que son hospitalité, en plus des autres membres de l'équipe.
Le seul désavantage reste la ruelle par laquelle l'accès à l'hôtel se fait. L'ambiance est assez touristique du fait de la présence de nombreux hôtels dans la rue, avec un niveau sonore élevé en matinée et en soirée.
Il est préférable, si possible, de demander une chambre du côté de la rue principale et non une qui regarde la façade par laquelle l'entrée se fait.
Excellent and friendly staff, fresh food at breakfast, clean room with an airconditioning system that works wonderfully on a hot day, unlike many establishments in Istanbul. Recommended!

The location was touted as being very good but the reality was that it was a long way from both the downtown Sultanahmet area as well as the nearest metro stop, which was a ten minute walk. The room we booked was a king suite advertised at 31 sqm but it was really closer to 26sqm. The balcony ( presumably included in the original room size) was a slither and had no memorable outlook. The panel of glass leading to the balcony was broken and the door to the room was scratched. There was no seating facing the tv in the room but there was a flat lie-down piece - a bit like a chaise longue to the side. The swimming area was only available after 1pm. Useless if you have to check out at 12noon and if you checked in the previous evening. The road was ok - fairly quiet but there was some rubbish strewn around in the evening. At the price paid I thought the room would be a bit more sumptuous.

The rooms are very clean and the food/breakfast is very varied and delicious. The location is excellent ! One very important thing is that the Meretto Hotel Istanbul Old City offer a comfortable and safe stay. We will come back !

خدمه ممتازه وطاقم يعمل اكثر مما هو مطلوب ونادرا ما تتلقى خدمة بهذا القدر لا يوجد تمييز بين الزبائن فالكل يتلقى الخدمة الممتازه وذلك بفضل الله اولا وبفضل مدير الاستقبال الاخ عبدالله ( ابو احمد ) الذي يعمل في كل الاوقات وكل الاماكن كالنحله ، فشكرا لك اخ عبدالله كما الشكر لطاقمك الذي تقود بجدارة .

The staff was incredible. Polite, gentle, caring. Nothing to do with other places. They make you feel at home.
Staff was great and the room was exactly what we booked for. I wanted to watch the World Cup and the staff was trying to help me to watch it. They came to my room to check whether I succeeded in finding the right channel. I found it was a really nice a touch. I work in the customer service industry and I truly believe that the service makes a difference… and it did! Thank you!
Although it got better, I think the breakfast could be of a better quality, especially the juices. Nonetheless, the eggs and pastries were good!
Staff is really nice and helpful, they do way more than what their job is. Murat was extremely nice and very helpful. He made sure our stay was very pleasant.

친절한 직원들..리셉션에서부터 조식당의 직원까지 만난 직원들 중 친절하지 않은 사람 한명도 없었어요.
여행하기 좋은 위치..공항버스타면 호텔 근처에 내려 걸어갈 수 있는 위치이며 호텔 앞 3-4분만 걸어나오면 바로 트램1을 탈 수 있어요.
청결한 객실.. 방은 작았지만 깔끔하며 화장실도 청결해요.
가격이 아름다운 호텔에서 더이상 개선점을 바란다면 안된다고 생각해요.
