Great, central location. 1 minute walking to tram station and You can easily go to all touristic places with tram. Breakfast is excellent, tasty, many choices. Room is clean and comfortable. Safe area. Very lovely, helpful, kind staff. Especially I am sending my regards to Mr Abdo and Mr Murat and all other hotel staff. They are always smiling and shining positive energy. Thanks for all.

정말 친절한 직원들이 계십니다. 돌아올 때마다 부담스러울 정도로 친절하셔서 미소 짓게 만드는 매력이 있습니다.

사우나 시설과 수영장은 기대하면 아쉬울 수 있으나, 있으니 해볼까? 하면 엄청 만족스러우실겁니다.

이외 방 크기, 청결(저는 최악만 아니면 되서 기준이 다를 수 있음)은 좋았습니다. 물론 조식도 정말 훌륭했습니다.

Cons:

배게가 너무 크고 높고 부피가 커서 자는데 좀 힘들었습니다(?) 제가 진작에 리셉션에 가서 평평한 배게 없냐 물어봤어야 했는데..... 제 실수네요.
(저는 한국에서도 매우 낮은 평평한 배게를 써서 더 그랬던 것이며, 제가 민간하다는 점 참고해주세요)

Amazing stay in great location
First I would like to say big Thank you to Abdo who went extra miles to make sure our stay went smooth and top notch.
Hospitality, attention to detail and willingness to help describe Abdou.
Variety of food in the breakfast, room was more than enough as Abdou accompanied us with 4 bedroom even though our booking was for 3 persons.
Will definitely come back soon here.

Очень хороший отель. Сама большая ценность, его персонал. Мурат не заменимый сотрудник, решает все вопросы, даже в не рабочее время. Очень эрудированный, грамотный специалист. Шократ, Байрам очень вежливые, отзывчивые сотрудники. Месторасположение очень удобное, рядом с трамваем, добираться до всех достопримечательностей удобно. Чистый отель, тихий. Уборка каждый день, полотенца меняли ежедневно. Очень рекомендую 🫶🏻
