j'aime bien dans cet hôtel le propre et la jentieuse de ces personnels surtout abdo
Personal extrem de amabil, curățenie zilnică.
Faptul că pe Booking scrie că există parcare dar în realitate, când ajungi la hotel, ai două opțiuni : să plătești 25 € pe zi sau să te duci la o parcare îndepărtată.....
L'acceuil du personnel est irréprochable. Ils se mettent en 4 pour vous. Notamment Abdou. L'hôtel est très bien placé. Chambre très confortable et calme.
Le fait que la piscine soit payante, soit trop petite et il faut réserver un créneau. Pas mentionné lors de la réservation.
Great location, next to train, tram and bus. Staff are excellent and will help you with literally anything. Shout out to abdo for the warm welcome.
Very nice, clean, and close to everything. Swimming pool with steam room after a long walk in Istanbul was just perfect. Breakfast was excellent. Receptionists are the best, especially Abdo. He was kind, helpful, and hospitable. I really liked the place and will come back if visiting Istanbul again

Personalul este foarte prietenos si atent la clienti, doamnele de la curatenie extraordinare ! S-a facut curat si s-au inlocuit prosoapele in fiecare zi. Ti se ofera gratis apa, cafea si ceai in fiecare zi. Nu am mai intalnit nicaieri ( si am fost in cateva hoteluri) sa primesti zi de zi apa si cafea gata preparata (cafeaua turceasca este buna rau). Micul dejun destul, cu tot ce trebuie. Ne-am simtit foarte bine la Meretto ! Multumim lui Murat si lui Abdoul !
Camerele sunt un pic mai mici decat in poze, dar asta nu a fost neaparat neplacut, pentru ca noi eram toata ziua plecati, iar seara patul era perfect pentru odihna .
The hotel itself is very comfortable. Yes, some areas could benefit from a little refreshing, but everything was clean, well maintained and offered excellent value for money. Considering our three-night stay, including breakfast, cost less than a single night at another hotel we stayed in during this trip, it really exceeded our expectations.
The rooms were comfortable, the beds were excellent, fresh towels were provided every day, housekeeping did a great job, and the complimentary bottles of water were replenished daily. These little touches made a real difference.
What truly makes this hotel special, however, is the staff.
From the moment we arrived until we checked out, every member of the team was welcoming, polite, professional and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel valued as guests, and I can honestly say the level of service was among the best we’ve experienced anywhere, including much more expensive hotels in the UK, Ireland and the USA.
Breakfast offered a good selection of fresh food each morning. Personally, I did miss my bacon and sausages, but that’s simply my own preference rather than a criticism of the hotel or the breakfast itself.
If you’re looking for a hotel in Istanbul that offers fantastic service, comfortable accommodation and exceptional value for money, I would highly recommend Moreto Hotel.
