Pros:

Eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung! Alles im Hotel war ausgezeichnet – von der Sauberkeit und dem Komfort bis hin zum Service und der Organisation. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel, die Lage ist hervorragend und insgesamt war die Atmosphäre einfach großartig.

Besonders möchte ich Herr Abdo an der Rezeption hervorheben und mich bei ihm für seine freundliche, professionelle und hilfsbereite Art bedanken. Er war immer aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und hatte stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Durch seine herzliche Betreuung hat er unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer und unkomplizierter gemacht.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

La posizione vicina alla metro nel quartiere Leli università/Aksaray.
Staff (max il giovane direttore) gentile e disponibile.
Ottima la colazione

Stanza molto piccola, non c'è un armadio se non un piccolo ripostiglio per metterci una giacca e un paio di pantaloni

Sejour agréable
Pros:

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. L’emplacement est pratique, à proximité du tram et des bus. Le point le plus appréciable reste cependant le personnel, et tout particulièrement Abdou, qui a été très aimable, attentionné et disponible.

Cons:

Le seul petit point négatif était le bruit provenant de l’extérieur, probablement dû au fait que ma chambre se trouvait au premier étage.

Super expérience dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Je recommande cet hôtel ! Personnel est vraiment super, très à l'écoute et toujours prêts à aider.
J'avais besoin d'aide parce que ma fille est tombée malade et les gars m'ont aidé avec la prise de rendez-vous avec le docteur ce qui n'est pas évident quand on ne parle pas turque.
On avait toujours reçu d'aide avec la poussette ou les valises, on était servi avec du thé ou du café quand on attendait à la reception.
Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Les produits frais, plats de qualité.
La chambre a été très bien entretenue.
On a eu une expérience très positive.

Cons:

Le wi-fi ne captait pas très bien à 4me étage mais c'est pas très grave

Good location, friendly staff especially Imran. Rooms cleaned daily was a special touch.

The location, friendly staff, cleanliness, powerful shower, steam and sauna room.

Cons:

The gluten free pescatarian breakfast option. They bought a loaf of gf bread for me which was nice but breakfast choice limited.

Pros:

The breakfast was under our expectation and doesn't match what was presented on the website and we were expecting to see Turkish items on the buffet . The room was noisy because facing the street. The staff is incredible starting from the reception until you reach your room including the room service team and the breakfast servier.

Cons:

The room is so tiny where is no space to store you luggage and other items.

El trato en en el alojamiento ha sido maravilloso los chicos de Recepcion especialmente Morett ha sido muy amable nos ha atendido en español y nos ha informado de muchísimas cosas de Estambul. Se esforzaban por estar pendientes de si faltaba algo y era muy educados y correctos. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y nos cambiaban las toallas. Todos los días la ubicación es perfecta tienes la línea uno del tranvía y tienes todo a mano
