Pros:

The bathroom! I loved the spaciousness, the showerheads, and also the way that there were plenty of places to hang my wet towels and showercap. I also like how helpful and cheerful the front desk guy was at night when we checked in. I like the restaurant being open late, as well.

Cons:

The temperature on the shower was a little inconsistent.
The front desk seemed to be understaffed, both at night and in the morning. The employees did their best to rise to the occasion and be helpful, but Corporate needs to make sure they are supported.

Ok for Disney but overpriced.
Pros:

Location close to Disney, however no shuttle is available. It’s a 20 to 25 minute walk.
Basic facilities but staff were friendly.

Cons:

Housekeeping was not great asked for dirty sheets to be changed in the morning, but was not done. After a long day at the park we got back after 11 pm this was very disappointing. At checkout the next morning they did not seem very bothered when I informed them.

Great location with comfortable, good sized rooms. Staff ok, didn’t go out of their way to be helpful.
Pros:

Great sized rooms and very close to the disney parks. The rooms were comfortable and always kept clean.

Cons:

Everything was expensive. Parking was high and no deals for longer stays. The food on-site was also very expensive

Cons:

House keeping is very bad, poor water flow, parking is chargeable despite that it's not crowded area..I don't know for what the hotel got 4 stars. I booked 2 rooms on the same floor for my kids to be close by, and they confirmed, upon arrival they gave rooms at different floor. What in the pictures is different from the true. Not recommended

I like the peaceful experience at the viv, it makes different from other hotel.
