Dos funcionários e do pé na areia

Cons:

Quarto pequeno. Água do chuveiro fria (demora uma eternidade para esquentar). Café da manhã muito fraco. Não tem piscina.

Pros:

Esta es la 5ta vez que me hospedo en Reina del mar, definitivamente uno de los mejores alojamientos, la comida es deliciosa, la playa es tranquila y las instalaciones son muy cómodas, el wifi funciona muy bien.

Pros:

El personal de recepción y el señor Javier fueron muy amables. Al tener una actividad muy pronto por la mañana, pedimos que nos preparasen el desayuno para llevar y no nos pusieron ninguna pega.

Cons:

La habitación aparte de ser minúscula, tenía una plaga de mosquitos la cual no nos dejó descansar durante nuestra estancia. Tuvimos una inundación por una filtración de agua que nos dejó el suelo de la habitación encharcado con todas nuestras pertenencias mojadas. El precio es desorbitado para las instalaciones y servicios que ofrece el hotel.

Buen lugar para pasar un par de días y disfrutar de tu “playa privada”
Pros:

La ubicación es increíble, tener tu habitación dentro de la playa es un lujo.

El personal muy profesional, amable y agradable.

Menús de comida, cena y desayuno amplio muy rico.

Cons:

La ducha es muy pequeña y no salía agua tibia, era solo agua fría. Le llevo como 10 min calentarse.

Me parece que el precio es un poco alto.

Gostei do ambiente, a natureza, o mar tudo incrível porém a acomodação muito pequena

Lugnt läget och vid stranden.
Mycket trevligt, snäll och mycket hjälpsam vaktmästaren som heter Javier. Javiers gästvänlighet gjorde vår vistelsen till en mycket trygg och bra vistelse.
Städerskorna var snälla och trevliga.

Cons:

Receptionisten som hette Karen var väldigt otrevligt och var inte hjälpsam och tillmötesgående, man kände inte sig trygg att prata med henne och be om hjälp.
Vi fick byta rum på grund av el problematik och när vi flyttade till andra rummet då det var stopp i avloppet i duschkabinen och spolen funkade inte riktigt på toaletten och vi kände inte oss bekväma att prata med henne då hon är inte tillmötesgående. Tack vare Javier, han löste problemet provisoriskt.
Alexandra som jobbade i restaurangen och frukosten var inte trevligt och serviceinriktad. Hon behandlar gästerna olika.
Rummet är väldigt litet och finns ingen plats för stora resväskan.
Det finns mycket alger vid stranden och det går inte att bada vid strand hotellet.

Nice bouquet hotel
Pros:

This was a nice bouquet hotel located about 10 minutes taxi ride from the center. The hotel was located on the beach and well maintained and had a really nice setup. They offered free breakfast, beach chairs and towels, beach beds to lay out on the beach for the day. I will stay there again when I return.
