Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit einem guten Restaurant und leider kleinen Schwächen im Frühstückservice
Pros:

Wir waren anschließend noch für insgesamt 5 Tage im Hotel. Zimmer großzügig, topmodern und sehr sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Smart Home Panels in den Zimmern sind nicht selbsterklärend, zu klein und zu tief angebracht.

Das Frühstück (ausschließlich a la carte) war gut, aber der Service leider an mehreren Tagen chaotisch (Bestellungen vergessen, Wartezeit auf Café 25 min, Nachbestellung eines Tees erst nach dreimaligem Nachfragen). Gäste, die 20 min nach uns kamen, erhielten ihre Bestellungen lange vor unserem Tisch.

Clean and good restaurants.

Cons:

The smell for one: floor, hallway, bedsheets, restaurants, everything had an overwhelming smell. Then the AC was nit working properly. I was told i like temperatures too cold (21C).

Very happy, definitely staying again

The restaurant. The staff - very friendly and helpful. The organization. The room. The area. Really loved everything, definitely staying again

Cons:

Maybe just my room (403), but the light in the shower room took a VERY long time to turn off, much longer than the other toilet (so if I went to sleep, I would go to sleep with the light still on). Also maybe separate soaps for shampoo and body wash
