Decent hotel but they need to address the humidity problems in the rooms. Everything felt damp.

The staff is amazing
Always so welcoming
The female who work mid shift is always so happy to help she is very passionate about her customers
She even held a pair of shoes I left 6 months.

Great place for handicap persons.
Pros:

Fantastic handicapped room, walk in shower wonderful.

Cons:

The only usb was on the clock and the desk. Also not enough receptacles for plugging in medical devices. Breakfast foods need to be labeled.

Pros:

Hotel muy nuevo y moderno. Hasta el último detalle. Habitación y baño, inmensos. Parking gratis en la misma puerta, buen desayuno, máquina de hielo en el pasillo de las habitaciones.
Con restaurantes cerca para ir a comer o cenar.

Cons:

Me ha gustado todo. Creo que es la primera vez que no tengo nada que decir.
Sí que es cierto, que está a unos 15 min del centro de Savannah, pero en el centro es imposible aparcar si no es pagando bastante. Está muy bien comunicado con carretearas de acceso.

Cons:

Only downside that I seen to this property is that it has no pool so if you’re planning on staying more than a night with littles I’d look elsewhere! Otherwise no complaints!

Need to check out a day early? sorry, too late to get credited!
Pros:

Things come up during business travel, so checking out a day early happens. In normal places, you are not penalized for checking out as long as it is before 11 am or the designated check out time. They will respond (maybe) that this is in their policy, however, as they know and now Best Western knows, that policy is not made clear ahead of time. I hope it was worth it, losing the future business of our company!
