Pros:

Excellent, quiet, clean, comfortable lodging located a few blocks from the main hub of Collingwood, adjacent to biking, hiking, walking paths in a well manicured forested property---not fancy but solid and decent---all around a great stay.

Great stay! A clean motel with a vintage feel - lots of old (original?) fixtures that work well. Staff were kind and helpful. Nicely air conditioned room.

I would NOT recommend anyone wasting their money at this hotel. You will be disappointed.
Pros:

It was close to Collingwood.

Cons:

The staff and owner was awful! It seems that the owner/management does not care about being hospitable to guests. My interaction with him was cold and he wasn’t kind. He is in the wrong business. Disappointing because I usually enjoy my stay everywhere.

Less expensive option to crash for one night.
Pros:

No breakfast. Decent location.

Cons:

Air fresheners were placed in room to mask odours. I have sensitivities to scented products so removed them to hall (which also had plug in air fresheners)
