Pros:

The place is very nice and very clean and very tidy..the staff very friendly and welcoming...the room was ready for me no delay..and the area was very quiet..top of that there's a lot of parking spaces .

Pros:

Wer es sauber und ruhig möchte ist hier genau richtig. Eine der wenigen Unterkünfte in denen meine Badelatschen im Koffer blieben. Die Einzelzimmer sind modern eingerichtet, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Pro Flur 3 Appartments, für die eine kleine Küche zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht. Auch diese war perfekt sauber. Der Kontakt zum Personal war sehr freundlich und angenehm, unaufdringlich aber jederzeit hilfsbereit. Ich war beruflich in Köln, und werde beim nächsten Mal wieder versuchen dort ein Zimmer zu bekommen.

Wie der Name es beschreibt Home & Work
Pros:

Sehr neu, modern und hochwertige Ausstattung. Leider etwas weit zum Bahnhof, ca. 3 km. Vom Bahnhof 13min bis Köln HBF. Am Bahnhof gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze. Rund um das Hotel auch.

Pros:

Alles super sauber. Super ausgestattet, v.a. Kühlschrank am Zimmer und kleine Küche am Flur ist super. Das Bad ist auch schön ordentlich.
Lage ist nicht so zentral, auch keine Öffi Anbindung, aber ruhige entspannte Lage, trotz Industriegebiet.

Gute, preiswerte Unterkunft bei Köln.
Pros:

netter Empfang. Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, das Einzelzimmer kann einem im ersten Eindruck sehr beengt vorkommen, ist aber schlicht und schick eingerichtet. Kleine Küche auf dem Flur mit Mikrowelle. Supermarkt und üblichge Fast Food-Ketten sowie eine Pizzeria in direkter Lauf- bis sehr kurzer Fahrentfernung. Frühstück kann im Baumarkt in 3 Minuten Entfernung genossen werden. Hat also voll seinen Zweck erfüllt. Komme gern wieder.

Cons:

Ganz leichtes Minus der fehlende Aufzug, aber auch lösbar.
Parkplätze gibt es nicht wirklich. Vor dem Gebäude sind es drei, das ist deutlich weniger als Gäste aufgenommen werden können. Den Hinweis auf weitere Parkplätze konnte ich nicht gut interpretieren. Das umliegende Gewerbegebiet hält dann aber irgendwo eine Parklücke verfügbar und am Ende stand ich nah dran.
