Hotel Koliba

Jediné,co nám pobyt dost znepříjemňovalo,bylo nesnesitelné vedro na pokoji. Nedalo se tam pomalu ani dýchat,natož spát. Bylo tam asi 34 stupňů a nešlo ani přes noc vyvětrat. Klimatizace by měla být už samozřejmost.

Přijely jsme na ubytování večer, během velmi horkého týdne, po cestě, se zjištěním že nám nechali dokořán otevřené okno a v pokoji bylo mezi 30-35 stupni. Byly jsme ve 2. poschodí pod střechou a to pouze umocňovalo jak šíleně tam bylo. Na hotelu i v pokoji bylo napsané, že na noc je klimatizace za příplatek 10 euro... Další den jsme proto šly o ní požádat na recepci, kde jsme byly odeslány s tím, že zrovna do našeho pokoje nelze zavést a informace už není aktuální. Poprosily jsme o další větrák, ale ten už neměly. Jinak jsme byly moc spokojené, ale v pokoji se opravdu nedalo ani spát, ani být. Proto bychom se tam už během léta opravdu nevrátily

Bazén studený a špinavý , vzhledem k ceně bych cekala klimatizaci a min lépe uklizeno … závěs na okně sotva držel . Televize má dva programu v době kdy jsou všude chytré televize . Uz bych se nikdy neubytovala .

This stay was absolutely atrocious.On check in we found out that in one of the rooms is no air con and temperatures were reaching over 40 degrees per day .we were absolutely cooked in the room.
On arrival they didn’t even bother just no aircon so make sure when you booking room in summer is got aircon as you won’t be able to even sleep.
We loved this property and it was always our number one to go to when we were coming on holiday from Uk but that was our last time to this property .

​I don't understand how this hotel earned 3 stars. We are truly uncomplicated travelers; we enjoy simple guesthouses and don't need much—other than basic cleanliness. At first glance, the room seemed spacious and not dirty, the bathroom seemed clean, and everything just looked a bit old and worn down. Unfortunately, things were not what they seemed at all...

​Detailed Deficiencies:
- ​Room & Amenities: Despite the size of the room, there were no storage options at all—no wardrobe, no coat hooks, nothing except a towel rack in the bathroom. The entrance door had a gap at the top and felt extremely unstable. Power outlets and the otherwise nice wooden furniture had ugly stains. The lighting was so dim that even during the day, you needed your phone's flashlight to find anything in your bag. (I don't want to accuse anyone, but in retrospect, I wonder if that was actually intentional so you wouldn't notice too much?!)
- ​Cleanliness & Service: Upon closer inspection, the refrigerator and fan were dirty. After requesting a room cleaning (since the door hanger was missing), we did receive fresh towels, but the bed wasn't even made.
- ​Pool Area: Reminds me more of a backyard pool located right next to parked cars and the foul-smelling kitchen exhaust.

​Unbearable Heat:
The room (wooden house, 2nd floor, sloped ceilings, tiny window) had no air conditioning and heated up so severely during the heatwave that sleeping was out of the question. The staff even confirmed to us that this problem has been known for years and that guests regularly check out early because of it. The fact that the owner hasn't changed anything here is an absolute cheek.

​The Absolute Height of Disgust:
The real shock came at home while unpacking: We brought a LIVE MOUSE home from the room! Afterward, we found mouse droppings in EVERY single bag. That is simply deeply disgusting and completely unacceptable.

Zariadenie izby a chýbajúca klimatizácia bolo tam strašne teplo v kúpeľni nie je okno nedalo sa tam existovať

Jen bych doporučila dát na pokoj menší stolek s 2 židlemi nebo křesílky.

nefungovaly žaluzie, nedostatek úložného prostoru, není ventilátor na wc, klimatizace víc hučela než fungovala

Troška hlučná klíma ale na noc vypíname tak či tak

Bez klimatizace se v horních patrech nedá vůbec vegetovat. Možnost placené mobilní klimi (bylo napsáno přímo na pokoji) jsme chtěli využít , bohužel prý v daném pokoji nejde - nechápali jsme.

Snídaně není v ceně, klimatizace na pokoji byla neskutečně hlučná a skoro nechladila (naštěstí tu noc, co jsme tam byli nebylo až takové horko).
