Wonderful, restful stay. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable. Fresh-smelling.
Pros:

Super clean, inside and out. Very nice room - spacious and clean with everything I needed.

Room layout and amenities. Breakfast. Staff—friendly and efficient. Food not saturated with salt. Very goof scrambled eggs and hash browns. Solid, functional luggage carts.

Cons:

Saggy bed. Shower water accumulated on floor near bathroom door. Air conditioner located one foot from bed and came on about every ten minutes during night—loud and very cold. Difficult to regulate temperature due to proximity of freezing cold AC and very heavy and warm bed comforter.

Good Services - Good People !
Pros:

I like the rooms very comfortable and the best part for me was the Breakfast !!

I really appreciated the service I received during breakfast; the ladies—Gabi, Laura, and Verenice—were very kind and helpful. They deserve five stars; I felt very warmly welcomed by them.
Thank you ladies !!

The shuttle was not available on my way back to the airport.

Worry free thanks to the hotel

This hotel is so great. Fro. The staff to the cleanliness to the comfort of the rooms. It really exceded my expectations. No doubt in my mind I'll be staying there again.

I would definitely stay at this Motel again when in Albuquerque.
Pros:

When checking in the staff at the desk were very polite and helpful and caring. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Overall, the whole Motel was very clean and the breakfast area had a good selection of foods.

Will not recommend nor ever stay here again.

Nothing.

Cons:

Room was smoky. TV didn't work. Carpet was dirty. Didn't eat breakfast due to the filthy environment. Totally dissatisfied with my stay.

Pros:

The breakfast was good - pretty standard fare and kids liked the waffle maker. Also appreciated that breakfast ended at 10am and not 9am. Also appreciated that check-out was at 11am instead of earlier like a few other hotels.

Cons:

The sleeping sofa upholstery could use a deep clean. The tv needs to be updated with better remote.
