Pros:

The location is just perfect. The reception staff is frendly.

Cons:

The TV didn't work, the tap in the bathroom wasn't stable. Instead the qeen bed there were two separate beds together.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war es okay, die Lage ganz gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren leider etwas eng eingerichtet, man konnte nur schwer in die Dusche

Goede Omgeving ( veel restaurants in de buurt)

Cons:

-Wc bril kapot
-Douchekop kapot
-Geen normale verlichting (waardoor je niet versoelijk op de spiegel kon zien)
-nacht licht kapot
-geen ontbijt ( alleen in zomer periode)

Rien du tout personnel pas a l'écoute des clients pas de climatisation

Cons:

Manque de professionnalisme on t'attribue une chambre salle pas propre toilette avc pipi au wc franchement plus jamais de ma vie en plus tu te plains le personnel pas a l'écoute

Thy shower was closed and ac wasn’t working

Cons:

I want refund because. The shower was cloed. The air conditioner was not working. And also tv was not working. And after 10 I went to room and check this and after 10 there was no stuff. That I told them these problems. I had very bad experience

Aria condizionata non funzionante.
Camera con 30' e finestre bloccate.
Nessuno in reception a cui chiedere aiuto. Chi ha risposto al telefono pure garantendo che qualcuno sarebbe intervenuto, a poi smesso di rispondere al telefono.
Notte infernale!

Verkehrsgünstig gelegene, preisgünstige Unterkunft.
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal.
Die geschichtsträchtige Christuskirche in Blickweite.
Gute Pizzeria, Straßenbahn 3 Gehminuten, Grünanlagen und Hildapromenade in wenigen Gehminuten, Stadtmitte, Schloss etc. zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
In meinem EZ war eine geräumige Dusche.

Cons:

Matratze war s e h r weich, keine Dusch - Ablage.
Für mehr als 2,3 Übernachtungen fehlt im EZ ein Schrank oder Truhe für Kleidung.
Man lebt ungern aus dem Koffer.
An der Rezeption wurde nicht darauf dass ein Aufzug vorhanden ist, somit schleppte ich meinen Koffer in den ersten Stock.
Leider roch das Treppenhaus penetrant nach Toilette.
Und - Royal - sind die Werbebanner am Eingang leider nicht mehr :-(
Schade um den Außeneindruck, den das von innen doch edlere Hotel, beschädigt.
