The room was modern. The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The hardwood floor in the room was dirty. It was over priced. Shouldn’t have to pay an extra $30 to park.

Great Spot near Lucas Oil Stadium
Pros:

Great hotel. Excellent location near Lucas Oil Stadium and adjacent to downtown Indy. Jun at the front desk gave us a warm welcome which made our stay even better. Love this spot. Will return!

Pros:

I have stayed at Tru by Hilton locations in Columbus, Ohio, Lexington, Kentucky, and now Indianapolis, Indiana — and my experience at the Indianapolis location has been the best so far, honestly because of Jun.
From check-in to check-out, Jun was top notch. He was personable, friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make my stay pleasant. After a long day of travel, Jun was exactly the kind of person you want greeting guests. He made the entire process easy, welcoming, and stress-free.
His customer service really stood out and made a positive impression on my stay. Because of Jun, this Tru location felt different from the others I’ve stayed at. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again.

Outstanding service!
Pros:

The overall experience has been great. The team here, especially Jun has been wonderful. He was very accommodating, polite and ensured me and my co- worker were well cared for and got what we needed. Alex was also very helpful. Can’t wait until the next time I can stay in this hotel for work!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros:

The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The location is within easy walking, distance of downtown and many restaurants.

Cons:

The curtains in the room do not work properly. Also, I was surprised that there's no coffee machine in the room.
