Staying in a millennial hotel makes me feel old
Pros:

Front desk person was interesting and helpful

Cons:

Location, bed not comfortable -too mushy,breakfast was OK and can tell some effort was made to be better than most of the horrible free breakfasts. Don’t like the cutesy signs everywhere.

Tru Hospitality!
Pros:

Such a good location! Seems far enough away from the city for quiet, but close enough to walk into some shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes! Also, Jun at the front desk was phenomenal. Very personable and welcoming and seemed to really be in charge and take pride in the hotel. It wasn’t busy when we checked in but after, we saw him interacting with other guests and he was just as personable with them. He is the type of person anyone would hope to encounter after a long trip. He has such a light!

Great Customer Service
Pros:

I was here for 5 nights for a conference and found the hotel to be convenient and extremely welcoming. My group of four rooms were able to request accommodation on the same floor and the front desk was able to make it happen. I've stopped by the front desk multiple times and was always met with patience and kindness whether about connecting to wifi or local weather warnings. Thanks to Jun, Stevi, and Alex!

Decent, met all my needs
Pros:

It was close to work which is what I was traveling for. I liked the cleanliness and variety of pillows and the staff was really nice.

Cons:

The bed was lumpy, it was sloping downward in the middle... could definitely tell where most people slept. Also the doors shut very hard and fast, I'm not sure why you would have hotel doors that slammed shut like that and wouldn't catch, so all morning you started hearing people's doors slamming as they left which woke me up. I'm a light sleeper so maybe others wouldn't notice.. but just seems like something a hotel would think about overall.

Alex saved our night.
Pros:

I stayed here for the Post Malone concert, and I didn't realize I messed up my reservation for the next weekend. Alex really bailed me out and got me a room for the night even though they were sold out. If it wasn't for him and his team I wouldn't have had a place to stay for the night. I have been staying in hotels for a long time and Alex provided the best customer service I have ever received.
