NEVER STAY HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AVOID!!!!!
Pros:

Nothing. This hotel has entirely tainted my view of Guadalajara and I will never return.

Cons:

This has been by far the worst experience I have had in Mexico. I was promised a complimentary bus shuttle service to and from the airport—which NEVER CAME. I called the hotel a total of 15 times and first the front desk clerk said the driver was on his way (mind you the hotel is less than 5 minutes from the airport) then 30 minutes later said he was not sure where he was. I called the second number who said she would locate the driver and communicate with the hostel staff, she then never answered my calls. Eventually the phone number went straight to voicemail leaving me completely stranded in the middle of the night. When I eventually took a taxi to the site, the front desk assured me the shuttle came which was LIESSSS I stayed there for two hours and the shuttle never came. I never once got an apology and instead was gaslit saying it came and I didn’t see it. When I arrived to the room, the air conditioning was broken and the drain from the shower smelled like sewer making the entire room smell god awful. I never received the WiFi password and the shuttle also did not operate in the morning. I will never stay in this fuck ass place again. It is completely false advertising to get people to stay but it’s worse than a motel 6. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME. ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!!!!

Over all very pleasant except for the unconsidereble noise outside the room

It was very clean staff was corteous and helpful

Cons:

I went to shower and rest and sleep for a while till my next connection cleaning staff were loud laughing and talking very loud ouside my room was not able to sleep

Pros:

The breakfast included in the price was excellent! There was a great variety of fresh, chopped fruit in generous portions, along with several traditional Mexican breakfast options, such as chilaquiles and eggs with ham. They also served juice and really good coffee. The dining area was clean, with plenty of tables available, and all the food was fresh, well-prepared, and nicely presented. Overall, it was a very satisfying breakfast and a wonderful bonus to our stay! The location is very convenient for travelers, especially when arriving from or heading to the airport or the Central Camionera bus station. The hotel offers a free shuttle with convenient hourly departures. There are also restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find food and essentials. Overall, a great location for a comfortable, safety and convenient stay

Cons:

The only thing I would improve is the safe in the room, as it was not working during my stay. Other than that, I had a very good experience at the hotel

El desayuno buffet. El personal especialmente un trabajador que llega muy temprano y tiene una actitud muy buena y respetuosa.Es mesero y cocinero. Está persona debería estar al frente y no ese grosero panzón que nos atendió en la recepción. Creo que tiene la panza llena de toallas.

Cons:

La persona que estaba en la recepción el día del Check in . Fue muy grosero y despota . Jamás regresaré. Solo pedí una toalla extra y no me la dio.

Great stay with good accommodation and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Helpful staff able to check me in early when I was very tired from traveling. Bathroom worked well and breakfast was very nice. Shuttle to airport was very helpful as well. Great gym equipment to workout.

Cons:

Gym was a little dusty, seems like some projects still in construction in there but is not a big problem.
