Traumhafte Lage, Essen stark verbesserungsbedürftig.
Pros:

Die Lage ist genial. Toller Blick vom Balkon. Neu renovierter, kleiner Saunabereich im UG.

Cons:

Das Abendessen: Geschmacklos, einfallslos, höchstens für ein 3-Sterne-Haus geeignet. TK-Torte als Nachtisch, Salat ohne Dressing, Suppen mit Pulverklumpen. Restaurantmanagement unflexibel und nicht gastorientiert, Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt. Am Pool wurde der Trinkwasserspender nicht aufgefüllt. Sauna nur im UG ohne Aussicht und klein.

Das Essen ist in Ordnung, Es könnte bei der schönen Lage mehr aus dem Hotel gemacht werden.

Das Frühstück ist gut. Menue am Abend sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Personal teilweise sehre freundlich.

Cons:

Wir sind von Stuttgart wegen der großen Hitze im Juli angereist und hofften auf etwas kühlere, frische Luft. Das Abendessen bleibt uns in schlechtester Erinnerung. Wir hätten gerne auf der Terrasse gegessen. Es wurde uns in sehr barschem Ton mitgeteilt, dass dort nicht serviert wird. Fenster lassen sich im Speisesaal nicht öffnen, die Lüftung war ausgefallen, es war wie in einer Sauna. Dasselbe ereignete sich beim Frühstück. Die einzige Türe, die vom Speisesaal ins Freie führt, war mit einem Tisch verstellt.
Die Terrasse, die am Morgen im Schatten liegt, ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig, verdorrte Pflanzen in Kübeln stören mich sehr.
Die Markise, die zum Parkplatz hin angebracht ist, wurde leider erst heruntergelassen, wenn die Sonne schon lange ins Restaurant gescheint hat, was auch nicht zu einem guten -raumklima beigetragen hat.

Locatie perfect, voorzieningen kunnen beter

Schitterend gelegen en ik kwam voor het uitzicht dat absoluut adembenemend was.

Cons:

Het rook niet erg fris in de sauna / wellness ruimte, en er was geen personeel bij het zwembad om een drankje bij te kopen. Het restaurant is slechts zeer beperkt geopend.

A lovely hotel in a great location, facilities are excellent, we really enjoyed the pools and the jacuzzi. Plenty of car parking. The road outside gets a bit noisy after 0500, but if you keep windows closed it's fine. Staff were excellent throughout, in particular, our waitress, Alma, who was very engaging and informative. We also loved having the evening dinner menu provided at breakfast so that we could choose whether to eat at the hotel or not.

Cons:

The only negative was the afternoon drinks service which was rather slow, it seemed like there was only one waiter most days, who struggled to cope with the demand. Maybe have tea/coffee making facilities in the room if you're struggling to make it to breakfast!

Pros:

Posizione spettacolare su di una delle cime piu' alte della foresta nera. Albergo notevole con centro benessere. Ottimo per passeggiate ed escursioni.

Cons:

Un poco caro il sovrapprezzo per il nostro cane ma ci hanno fornito ciotole, copertina, tutto tranne il cibo.

Wellness gecombineerd met geweldige natuur
Pros:

Ondanks dat de kamers een jaren-80 uitstraling hebben (wel jaren 80 vakmanschap) is het piekfijn in orde. Het is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.
De locatie is perfect voor mooie wandelingen in hartje zwarte woud. In het hotel hebben we genoten van de mooie sauna en het zwembad
Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
