We had an unexpected night in Boston due to traveling/flight issues and the staff who was there to greet us late at night was incredibly helpful and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure I had an allergy free room. They were so incredible! I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name who helped check us in, we arrived at about 9-10pm on Monday, 6/29. He deserves all the praise!

Cons:

The only thing I would say is that the A/C vent was nice and powerful but is positioned directly in front of the bed so blew air in our faces all night. There was no real way to avoid it. That would be my only recommendation for potential adjustment. :)

We had a very nice stay at the Hyatt Boston Seaport for 3 days.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was wonderful with good coffee, much better than usual sausage links, yogurt, cereal, etc.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. We ate breakfast 2 days, parked our car there (cheaper than nearby public lot), and enjoyed our large room (almost $500/night). Walking around the Boston Waterfront was really nice-we had good weather all days.
A Lyft to Logan Airport Terminal A on the last morning was $20.
