Nice location by the lake and clean and spacious rooms.
Pros:

We liked the location by the lake and the fact that there was a restaurant/brewery next door.. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. However, the employee tried to keep items stocked.
I did like the brand yogurt that was offered and that there was fresh fruit.

Cons:

Found out that there was a deposit/charge of $20.00 in addition tot he room charge.
We were not aware of that until we read a notice in the elevator. Supposedly, we get that back after a few days, if there were no damages in the room . Will be checking on that for sure. The staff should inform guests upon check-in about this charge.

This hotel provided everything I could want for an overnight stay.
Pros:

There were a lot of options for breakfast, the bed was comfortable, and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
