Wonderful stay, great hotel!
Pros:

Exceptional stay as the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, very well soundproofed, and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable with a thick mattress topper. The bathroom was also very big. The restaurant and bar downstairs were convenient, and the staff were lovely and very polite. I also really liked the refillable glass water bottles, water stations on each floor, and the Smart TV with Chromecast.

The location next to London City Airport was extremely convenient, with flight arrivals and departures displayed in the lobby. The option to add a 4pm late checkout for just £30 was also a fantastic and very affordable bonus.

Cons:

The main downside was the glass bathroom door with a loose lock, which meant limited privacy but not a big deal.

Pros:

A big room, very good selection for dinner and breakfast big room and bathroom/shower. Very helpful staff, especially as we are travelling heavy for an extended period. Short doable walk to London City Airport with the bags.

Cons:

Just finding the carpark spot to unload as google took us straight ahead at the lights instead of a turn left. But not the hotels fault.

Polite and friendly staff, coincidentally the young man that held the lift open for me at train station turned out to be the young man who checked me in,
The rooms are large clean and comfortable, from a price point they are very reasonable.

Lovely hotel the staff were wonderful very friendly and helpful. Spotless room very clean in lobby and hallway. Great location only a 5 minute walk to London city airport
