Nice clean and big room in walking distance to LCY (which was the purpose of booking here, as we had a 7am flight the next morning). There's also a restaurant and a bar, the latter providing us with a nice Guinness as a nightcap. Will come again if we have a similar flight arrangement next time.
Well, given that probably quite a few people choose the hotel because of an early morning flight, breakfast starts pretty late for a 7am flight. But as it's optional anyways, not really an issue - book it if have the time or grab something at the airport if you don't.
Very convenient if using London City Airport, the hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the DLR station and Airport Terminal
Nothing comes to mind, the room was clean, the windows sound proofed so aircraft noise was minimal, air conditioning worked well - enjoyed a good night’s sleep! Staff friendly.

That I felt unsafe walking from the station to the hotel. The area was quite scary walking at night
Ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker vers.. zoals warm als koud buffet. Hotel en omgeving zijn super schoon. Veel keuzes met de OV dichtbij het hotel om Londen te verkennen.
It's a very nice place to stay I love how everything is clean and how the staff was very help full also I mentioned about coming early to decorate the room and the staff helped me out when I went into the room they decorated the bed

There’s nothing much to do in the hotel outside the gym and it’s a very small gym.
10min Fussweg zum City Airport, sehr angenehme Bar, guter Marriott Standard
Super zentrale Lage, ca. 10min vom Flughafen zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer Schallgedämpft und mit Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück ausreichend und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Freundliche Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zur Bushaltestelle 5min zu Fuß, um in die City zu kommen.
Als internationales Hotel fehlt jedoch die Sprachenvielfalt, besonders beim Einchecken. Aber das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The food was shocking and the old Blondie lady that was on service in the morning through to the late afternoon was hanging I’d say and she just barked at people. Not what you want to look at first thing going around the restaurant with that scowl. Breakfast was abysmal.
