Fairfield by Marriott Busan Songdo Beach

Spent 3 nights at this property and after nearly a month in S.Korea this hotel had the best view. However as a BonVoy Platinum Elite I was let down by the fact that in Japan and S. Korea they don't provide Breakfast complimentary as they do just about everywhere else in the world. I get that the FairField is a more budget friendly brand for Marriott but at well over $200 ! Night, I think they could return the privilege to those that spend 50 plus nights in a Marriott. That just left a poor feeling with me. Rooms are fine, a bit on the smaller side but the big windows make up for it. Parking on site as a Platinum member was complementary. I did like they had a decent gym and laundry facilities on the 3rd floor. It does have a GS25 attached (convenience store for those new to S. Korea). Beach across the street is clean and beautiful.

Overrall love the the area but probably would think hard about returning to the Fairfield when there is as nice and less expensive options. Loyalty benefits matter.

Great beachside hotel with the family - super clean and spacious

We accidentally started our stay at the Fairfield in Haeundae Beach and the parking and front desk team were quite unfriendly. The Fairfield at Songdo Beach was the complete opposite. The parking attendant was friendly and the entire front desk team was kind and generous. We booked two rooms under two different reservations, but they were able to put us right next to each other. As gold and platinum elite members, they provided an extra comforter for the spacious couch. A special shout-out to Logan Park, Peter Jang, and Cedric Kim who helped us secure taxis, procure extra slippers, and save money for the Songdo cable car. In addition, they always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were super clean and the view of the beach and cable cars was beautiful. The housekeeping staff was polite and did an excellent job. Best of all - the property is a great value and RIGHT on the beach and walkable to cafes, bakeries, pharmacies and so many restaurants. I can’t wait to go back when I visit Busan.

Nice modern and spacious. I loved the open bathroom space. It also had a water filter so we didn’t need to buy so many bottles of water.

Room service was quick. Very clean. Front ocean views and close to convenience stores and restaurants.

Friendly staffs and great location right front of the Songdo Beach.

Amazing location right on the beach, room had a beautiful ocean view, the bed was very comfortable, all of the staff were truly exceptional from the receptionist to the maid and chef.

海の目の前のホテルで景色が良かった。最初行く時に歩く道がわかりにくかったが、慣れるとバス停も近かったので、少し繁華街からは離れているがすぐにバスで移動できるので便利だった。

we had a great stay. the view was amazing, beds were very comfortable and the location near songdo beach was excellent, with plenty of cafes and intresting places nearby. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. room had everything we needed and the laundry facilities were very convenient.

The only minor downside was that the laundry room closes at night, which wasn't ideal for our schedule. Other than that, everything was great.
