Very comfortable. Good food. Laundry facilities were great
Excellent location right on the beach, with great views from both the room and the restaurant. The area offers plenty of food options, a 24-hour convenience store nearby, and a vibrant atmosphere throughout the day.
While the breakfast quality was good, the menu remained the same throughout my four-day stay. It would be great to see more variety, especially additional main-course options for vegetarians. Considering this is a star-rated hotel, basic amenities such as a dental kit should also be provided. I also faced some challenges using the washing machine, but the staff was always helpful and readily assisted whenever needed.

Our room is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the rooftop area with the golf and the dartboard.
There’s not a lot of variety when it comes to breakfast. And sometimes you have to wait for the other tables to be available. Dinner is very expensive, but not the best.

Everything was great. The hotel has an excellent location right in front of Songdo Beach. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff were kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. The area is quiet but has several restaurants and cafés nearby. Very good value for money. Recommended for visiting Busan and relaxing by the sea.
Very good location if you wanted to just have a chill stay in Busan. Our son had roseola which resulted to convulsions and the hotel receptionists were so helpful for us to get an ambulance. Price is reasonable for its size and location.

Nice breakfast with a wide variety of options, comfy beds, spacious rooms, beach is in the opposite side of the road, location close to some of the sights in Busan worth visiting. Welcoming staff.
No privacy in the bathroom… at least a louvre shutter would be nice, but better a proper bathroom door. Open wash-basin with dangerous corners one can bump into, the crib stated as for babies up to 2 years is actually a crib for 1 year olds max. The crib lacks at least 5-10 cm just to fit a baby of 82 cm in height without any extra space. Although, the staff was eager to provide the baby bed guards. A bigger crib/baby bed would be an advantage
