Eine tolle Unterkunft.
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Qualität der Speisen

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Diese ist sehr früh sehr frequent befahren. Wir hatten zum Glück ein Zimmer nach hinten seitlich. Dennoch war der Verkehr gut hörbar. Wer hier empfindlich ist Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen. ;)

Excellent stay—quiet, comfortable, convenient, and with a wonderful team.

إقامة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة! الفندق جميل ومريح، والطاقم في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، وكان تعاملهم واهتمامهم بالتفاصيل رائعًا جدًا. الوصول إلى الفندق سهل ومريح، وتتوفر مواقف سيارات واسعة، كما أن المكان هادئ جدًا ومناسب للاسترخاء. وجود التكييف كان إضافة ممتازة وزاد من راحة الإقامة. شعرت بالترحيب والراحة طوال فترة إقامتي، وكانت تجربة مميزة بكل المقاييس. بالتأكيد سأعود مرة أخرى وأنصح بهذا الفندق بشدة! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

The spa area and the indoor pool were disappointing. Screaming children and parents not dealing properly with it taking other guests into consideration.

Pros:

Ein kulinarischer Traum – wir kommen wieder! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Ein riesiges Lob geht an die Küche: Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen, war super reichlich und einfach spitze. Auch abends wurden wir kulinarisch verwöhnt – das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war ein wahrer Traum. Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hierher!

Perfektes Vorort Hotel
Pros:

Die perfekte geografische Lage vor Meran. Eine perfekt Anbindung an den Nahverkehr mit dem man alle 10 min perfekt in alle Richtungen fahren kann. Alles kostenlos mit der Urlaubscard sodass man da Auto nicht bewegen muss, wenn man die Region erkunden möchte.

Cons:

Es fehlte die Herzlichkeit beim Service Personal im Restaurant. Die Rezeption ist nett und freundlich.
Mit mehr Herzlichkeit und besserer Küche könnte man abends sicher mehr Leute ins Haus locken. So geht man als Hotelgast lieber auswärts zu Abend essen.

Très bel hôtel, confortable où on se sent bien. Personnel très agréable et petit déjeuner au top. L’espace spa est sublime.
