Quiet boutique hotel in Nottingham
Pros:

We had a lovely leafy outlook from our upper level room, and the area is very quiet, day and night. It is a block away from the start of the city centre, and walkable to the Castle. The service from all staff was excellent. It is handy to have a good dine-in restaurant in case one does not want to go out every night. Breakfast options are broad, although we only needed a light breakfast, the usual cooked options were available.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit squishy and low for side sleepers. We had trouble finding enough floor space for two open suitcases, and needed to move one out of the way. But the room size was adequate. For couples, we would prefer a small round table in place of the desk, but I can appreciate business guests might like the current desk for computing.
