Staybridge Suites - Nashville - Franklin by IHG

Very clean. Great breakfast.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Staybridge Suites in Franklin. I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 p.m. after a long day of travel, only to be told that my confirmed reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. At no point did I receive a phone call, email, or text notifying me that my reservation would not be honored.

To make matters worse, I had booked the reservation using Chase credit card reward points. When I arrived, I was offered no meaningful remedy—no room, no assistance with recovering my points, and no solution to help make the situation right. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another hotel late at night and had to pay out of pocket for a room simply to have a place to sleep.

While I understand that overbooking can occasionally happen, failing to notify guests before they arrive and then providing little to no assistance when they show up is unacceptable. The customer service I received was subpar and lacked the empathy and professionalism I would expect from a hotel.

A confirmed reservation should provide peace of mind, not uncertainty. Unfortunately, this experience did the opposite.

Because of this experience, I will not be booking with this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to others.

From June 28 - 30, 2026, my mom, a friend of ours, and I stayed at Staybridge Suites Nashville - Franklin. This trip was our 3rd visit to this Staybridge.

We stayed in Room 214…2 Queen Bed Studio.

We actually stayed in that room previously in 2023..definitely brought back memories.

The room is very spacious and we have always loved having a full kitchen and walk-in shower.

The mattress on the bed closest to the bathroom needs to be changed..My mom slept on the side nearest to the table between the beds, and the mattress dipped down and she felt like she was going to fall off the bed.

Otherwise, the room was perfect. The food at breakfast was good and we love there’s always a great selection of breakfast items.

We love the pool is indoors because all 3 of us have health issues that require very minimal exposure to sunlight, however the pool was cold. And the fitness center is huge.

We enjoyed our stay and will return again.

Rooms were big and the beds were comfy. Staff was very nice. The lobby was clean and set up nicely

This is truly a great hotel. The staff is excellent, especially Josuan st the front desk. He is always so kind and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location. Close proximity.to restaurants, Walmart, and the highway. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable.

Excellent stay at Staybridge. Very clean rooms, good breakfast and Social Hour, special recognition to Josuan for his outstanding service. The whole team was attentive. Highly recommend.

My family and I LOVE this place! The staff is top-notch! They are very ready to help you with whatever you might need, extremely accommodating. It is a clean place and - BONUS - laundry is free! The location of this one is also great because Walmart is directly across the street, and there are TONS of food options - restaurants and stores - everywhere! And I mean everywhere. You're very near the freeway, a few city blocks. We have frequented this place ALOT - to say the least - and it has always been a great experience! Highly recommend! 😃
