A beautiful, relaxing stay with great service, comfort, and convenience.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hoiana and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The hotel was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and service.

The room was spacious, thoughtfully appointed, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Although the resort is quite large, getting around was convenient — you can easily explore on foot or make use of the buggy service provided.

A great highlight was the complimentary shuttle services to Hoiana Town, Da Nang, and the airport, which made getting around even more convenient. The breakfast selection was fresh with a good variety of options, and the entire property was consistently clean and well looked after.

The staff were warm, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, adding to the overall positive experience. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return for another stay in the future.

Cons:

Access to certain facilities is limited depending on your designated hotel area. For example, accessing the main hotel pool or the beach area may require an additional fee, which can be a little restrictive given the size of the resort.

Location-wise, the resort is quite a distance from Hoi An Ancient Town (around 20–25 minutes away), so it may not be ideal for those wanting to be right in the middle of the town. However, the available shuttle services help make getting around much easier.

Amazing !
Pros:

The various activities, amazing kind staff (the best ever met ) nice bars (the best Negroni drunk during holidays was here ) and great restaurants inside the whole area from Hotel to Resort ; plus a lot of beautiful pools ,beautiful beach well served and clean, and beach club with also Italian 🇮🇹 restaurant …all these things made my holiday there excellent ..even didn’t feel to move from there hahhaa

Let me say something funny …I didn’t like ==> the too short time spent there…. but about property I have only compliments to sent

A great stay, tucked away near old town.. Luxury family fun and adult fun in one
Pros:

The room was fabulous!! Huge and luxurious. Large sliding glass doors that open wide to a large balcony. The design of the bathroom provides privacy and comfort even if occupied by two people. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise too. 10/10 recommend this for a family or romantic get away.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, toller Service. Mein Sohn hatte sein Handy vergessen, wurde uns ins nächste Hotel versendet.

Cons:

Klimaanlage ist leider immer wieder ausgegangen.
Die Nutzung des Hoianna Beach Resorts war nur gegen zusätzliche Gebühr möglich, das ist kein internationaler Standard sollte abgeändert werden
Ebenso müsste die Hotelbeschreibung bei booking.com darauf hinweisen, das der zweite Pool am Beach für 26 Dollar pro Tag bezahlt werden muss.
