Perfectly located and easily accessible hotel in Soča river valley with fantastic restaurant.
Pros:

Beautiful part of Slovenia and this hotel is right in the middle of the river valley so a perfect base point for exploring the area, hiking, rafting, etc. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable and better than we expected given the price point and the 'active' nature of the location. The restaurant was also outstanding - we had drinks outside with a terrific view, and then a delicious dinner. I know people come just for the restaurant and it is a treat.

Tolle Lage = direkt an der Soca
Pros:

Sehr gutes und qualitatives Frühstück. Top Lage mit toller Aussicht in die Natur. Ausflugsziele sind von dort gut zu erreichen und es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Ansonsten hat das Hotel alles was man benötigt und eine gute familiäre Größe.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hätte einen Anstrich nötig und das Badezimmer ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Wir waren im Restaurant essen und hatten ein Tisch (4er Tisch mit gutem Ausblick). Der wurde uns dann nach Rücksprache verwehrt. Könnten wir ja nachvollziehen, wenn das Restaurant voll oder der Tisch reserviert wäre. Dasselbe ist uns auch beim Frühstück passiert. Schade, dabei ist es manchmal so einfach Gäste glücklich zu machen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen... Man sieht die Ausbesserungen, es könnte aber noch mehr passieren, wie neue Fenster (nicht isoliert, zu dünn) oder neue Möbel. Der Abfluss der Dusche war fast zu, was ja auch in Hotels oft vorkommt. Der Schlauch vom Haartrockner ging dauernd ab... Die Verbindung der Lampen am Bett mit der Deckenbeleuchtung ist eine Fehlkonstruktion - es geht nur Zimmer ganz hell oder ganz dunkel.
Die Krönung war aber die Lautstärke des Abzuges, der aus der Küche durch das Zimmer ging: Arbeitsbeginn 6:30 ging das Ding an - Dauerbrummen wie in einem Flugzeug - bis etwa 22:30 (so am ersten Abend). Am 2. Abend mussten wir um 23:20 jemanden vom Personal darauf aufmerksam machen, dass der Abzug noch an war. Es wurde sich entschuldigt und diese Gerät sofort abgestellt.
Wir hatten nach der 1. Nacht nicht nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt, da wir nur 2 Nächte dort waren und davon ausgingen, dass auch am nächsten Abend spätestens 23:00 Ruhe einkehrt...
